A R T I C L E:

SUMMIT, NJ /Send2Press Newswire/ -- ArtMolds (www.artmolds.com), a New Jersey based manufacturer of art kits, mold-making and casting materials, today announced that it has joined forces with the Association of Lifecasters International (ALI) to co-sponsor the first annual Life Casting Awards for outstanding artistic achievement in the service of humanity.

"This unique award was created to promote public awareness about life casting, which is an ancient art form dating back 3500 years," said Ed McCormick, Founder and Managing Director of Lifecasters International. "But we also want to emphasize the spirit of giving. The Life Casting Awards will be given to artists who have created a meritorious life casting work which has been gifted to a member of the general public. We are as interested in the story behind the gift as we are in the work itself, as this is a contest about using creativity in the service of the world."

Works submitted for the Life Casting Awards will be reviewed by a team of 3 judges, who are experts in life casting and sculpture. This year's judges are Dave Parvin, Roy Butler and Ed McCormick.

The rules for the competition are as follows:

- Entry is limited to ALI Members.

- The artist must create a piece of life casting art as a gift to a member of the general public.

- Weight will be given to any positive press generated by the gift.

- The work must be a meaningful gift. For example, an artist could create a life casting art piece and donate it to an auction to help tsunami victims.

- A photo(s) of the artwork, the artist, and the recipient of the gift, as a 300dpi JPEG format, must be included with the submission, along with a story about the gift. The story must be in English, and must not exceed 250 words.

Awards to Competitors

The winner of the Life Casting Awards will receive $350.00 and a certificate. First runner up will receive $150.00 and a certificate. First- through third-prize winners will also receive a Life Casting Award statue, created especially for the event by internationally renowned artist and sculptor Philip Hitchcock, designer of the L.A. Ovations Award, who recently created over 24 life castings for Fox's hit TV show "The Swan."

ArtMolds manufactures life casting kits and mold making materials for artists, special effects, prosthetics and taxidermy. ArtMolds' products are available worldwide through a network of distributors. ArtMolds holds the patents for skin-safe molding materials, produces educational videos, and conducts workshops on the techniques of "lifecasting."

The Association of Lifecasters International is a trade association consisting of artists and supporters. ALI was founded to promote public awareness of the art of life casting. Membership is free and registration is available at http://www.lifecasting.org.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL /Send2Press Newswire/ -- Tekron, Inc. (OTCBB: TKRN) today announced that it will collaborate with Beijing Global Strategy Consulting Co. Ltd ("Beijing Global Strategy") (www.strategy4china.com), a leading business and investing consultancy firm focused on elaborating and implementing strategies for foreign and Chinese companies looking to do business in China. Since 2003, Beijing Global Strategy has provided a wide range of consulting services to Beijing State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. mainly related to the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.

More than US $12 billion has been allocated for the environmental cleanup in China for the preparation of the 2008 Olympics. The rapid advancement and sophistication of industry has increased the output of harmful toxic waste effluents. As landfills have become more and more scarce while opposition from environmental protection agencies has grown, industry has looked to bioremediation as a viable and often favored approach for the treatment of polluted waters and land. Bioremediation is the scientific process of using biological organisms to address and treat environmental problems such as contaminated soil or groundwater. Advantages of bioremediation are that its natural, cost-effective, non-disruptive, and non-invasive and is usually performed on an on-site basis.

"The 2008 Olympics represents an immense business opportunity for Tekron," said Mr. Luigi Brun, Chief Executive Officer of Tekron, Inc. "Our bioremediation technology represents a safe, economical and effective solution for some of the problems in the People's Republic of China. Partnering with consultants that have years of experience in this market makes sense in order to efficiently move our plan forward."

Tekron, Inc. Announces Plan to Convert Major Canadian Dairy Farm into Self-Sufficient Energy Park

Author: Tekron, Inc.
Dateline: Thu, 23 Dec 2004

freeNewsArticles Story Summary: “FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. and ONTARIO, Canada /Send2Press Newswire/ -- Tekron, Inc. (OTC BB: TKRN) today announced that it is in the final stages of developing a plan to process dairy waste from several major Ontario farms into energy. A key component to the plan would be the potential to create an energy self-sufficient dairy farm. While working with Transdynamics Engineering Limited, a Canadian-based designer and manufacturer of waste recycling and handling equipment for more than two decades, Tekron plans on submitting the completed proposal in early 2005.”

A R T I C L E:

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. and ONTARIO, Canada /Send2Press Newswire/ -- Tekron, Inc. (OTC BB: TKRN) today announced that it is in the final stages of developing a plan to process dairy waste from several major Ontario farms into energy. A key component to the plan would be the potential to create an energy self-sufficient dairy farm. While working with Transdynamics Engineering Limited, a Canadian-based designer and manufacturer of waste recycling and handling equipment for more than two decades, Tekron plans on submitting the completed proposal in early 2005.

Experts have long viewed cattle and poultry refuse as a promising source of renewable energy. The current system of agricultural-waste disposal is expensive, but alternative energy isn't the only benefit of Tekron's proprietary bioremediation process. The process produces useful by-products such as nitrogen-rich liquid fertilizer and fiber that can be spread on fields for spring planting or used to make potting soil. It also reduces pollutants and odors and captures methane gas that would otherwise go into the atmosphere.

Luigi Brun, Chief Executive Officer of Tekron, Inc. stated, "It is extremely important that North America's farmers be an integral part of the renewable energy industry. The task of the responsible disposal of animal waste has been an expensive proposition for farmers reducing already slim products. North America produces over 150 million tons of farm waste every year with the United States producing over 95 million tons each year. This is a problem that must be solved."

Mr. Brun continued, "It's too early to say how much energy each farm may produce or how much money it might save. But if our initial projections are any indication, the energy produced from the waste using of proprietary processes could certainly turn farms into self-sustaining operations."

Tekron, Inc., www.tekron-inc.com, and its subsidiaries are engaged in the commitment to the preservation of the environment through the use of ecologically safe and efficient technology.

‘Emergency Light Blanket’ Selected as One of the Top Five Inventions of 2004

Author: ASAR Electronics, Inc.
Dateline: Thu, 16 Dec 2004

freeNewsArticles Story Summary: “OMAHA, NE and QUINCY, IL /Send2Press Newswire/ -- 'The Emergency Light Blanket' (ELB) invented by Pepper Aasgaard, ASAR Electronics, Inc. (www.LightBlanket.com), was selected as one of the Top Five Inventions of 2004 by Paul Niemann, Quincy, IL (syndicated columnist, contributing author for 'Inventor's Digest' and author of 'Invention Mysteries').”

A R T I C L E:

OMAHA, NE and QUINCY, IL /Send2Press Newswire/ -- "The Emergency Light Blanket" (ELB - www.LightBlanket.com) invented by Pepper Aasgaard, ASAR Electronics, Inc., was selected as one of the Top Five Inventions of 2004 by Paul Niemann, Quincy, IL (syndicated columnist, contributing author for "Inventor's Digest" and author of "Invention Mysteries").

Photo Caption: MIC Awards: Robert Starr, Pepper Aasgaard (speechless).

The Emergency Light Blanket has multiple LED clusters centered on highly reflective arrows that illuminate in a cascading sequence that provides highly visible protection for motorists or emergency personnel. The reusable ELB installs and is visible in seconds, has a soft non-scratch velvet-like backing and magnetic holds for immediate protection.

Primary use of the ELB is for stranded motorist or accident situations. The driver or emergency attendant can simply fold out the blanket attach it to the vehicle, or wreckage and activate it in less than a minute. The ELB is visible for miles.

Currently the only protection a motorist has is the vehicle's battery hungry four way flashers (seen only if the tail lights are clean and survived the accident). Truckers only have the notorious "unseen blow over" red triangles and the red flares that burn out quickly. The ELB can run for days on the vehicle's electrical system.

The ELB can be used for multiple deployments in case of catastrophe providing fast traffic control by emergency personnel. The ELB is powered by the vehicle's 12 volt electrical system or independently by a 9 volt battery. Commercial ELB's include rechargeable power source for multiple rescue deployments.

The Emergency Light Blanket has received numerous honors this year including the MIC Grand Award, Two Gold Metals, and the Otto Schmitt Award. "The most awards ever presented to an individual inventor in our 48 year history!" said Robert Starr, Co-founder of the world's oldest and largest inventor's organization, the Minnesota Inventors Congress.

When asked by a local radio talk show host Kent Pavelka (KKAR 1290) "What one of your inventions do you feel is the most important?" Aasgaard responded: "The Emergency Light Blanket no doubt, it was designed to save lives."

Charles Mueller, president of ASAR Group, Incorporated, announced that ASAR Electronics, Inc., will test market the ELB and establish distribution early 2005.

InformINS, Inc. Launches Affordable Insurance Agency Web Sites for Life and Health and Property and Casualty With Unmatched Functionality

Author: InformINS, Inc.
Dateline: Mon, 13 Dec 2004

freeNewsArticles Story Summary: “YORBA LINDA, Calif. /Send2Press Newswire/ -- InformINS, Inc., a privately held provider of insurance industry software products and technology consulting services, today announced that it has launched the www.websites4insurance.com agency web site service available to all insurance agencies in North America.”

A R T I C L E:

YORBA LINDA, Calif. /Send2Press Newswire/ -- InformINS, Inc., a privately held provider of insurance industry software products and technology consulting services, today announced that it has launched the www.websites4insurance.com agency web site service available to all insurance agencies in North America.

Organized in 1999 as a strategic software house servicing managing general agencies, insurance carriers, and independent producers/agents, InformINS enables its clients to conduct typical industry transactions faster, easier, and at a significant cost savings.

With over 100 insurance agencies signing on during the pre-release phase, InformINS is poised to offer its agency web sites through a broad-based national marketing campaign beginning in January 2005. The www.websites4insurance.com product is the first direct agency retail product developed by InformINS, which licenses numerous technology infrastructure systems to general agencies and carriers. InformINS' web sites agency tools empower insurance agents, brokers, and agencies to implement an online marketing and management system previously reserved for large agencies and MGAs.

"We invested immense amounts of time conducting focus groups and evaluating insurance agents needs and habits," explains InformINS CEO, Paul Blomgren. "We have developed a highly functional product with the most ease of use in the industry," states Blomgren.

Yuri Vanetik, co-founder and InformINS director, clarifies that InformINS insurance agency web sites were developed by insurance professionals who understand how technology increases an insurance agency's premium volume and reduces operating expenses.

As Mr. Vanetik further explains, InformINS agency web sites include quote forms for all lines of insurance business at no additional cost to the customer. Below is a partial list of insurance quote forms InformINS' websites4insruance offer.

In addition to providing quote forms the InformINS web sites deliver policy service forms, which allow an agency's policyholders to request policy changes, certificates of insurance, and report losses online - 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

InformINS' Chief Technology Officer, Greg Lipman, points out that, "For online insurance quotes our system allows for instant online rating integration with comparative rating vendors, proprietary rating systems, and Real Time Direct to Carrier ACORD XML rate exchange." This is an advanced feature not typically offered through other web site products. According to Mr. Lipman, most other insurance web site usually only offer simple HTML quote forms. Additionally, InformINS has a stand alone or co-branded web site builder version for carriers or strategic partners, which is available with compliance module and portal integration.

The ACORD XML carrier interchange for new business quote requests and new business policy upload is also available, as well as PDF generation of application for select carriers/states. In its final pre-launch phase, InformINS has added a new feature to its web sites, which provides Instant Online Rating for over 100 Life insurance companies.

According to Mr. Vanetik, "Another important feature that InformINS competitors usually do not offer is an advanced web site statistics system that allows the customer to track where web site visitors are coming from, what time they are visiting and what pages of the web site they are going to." This statistics system supports custom page forms and external content statistics, as well as built in rating forms screen propagation.

InformINS web site products are highly scalable and self configurable. Their main break-through value proposition is advanced features which are highly user friendly and which have previously reserved for the insurance industry segment that could afford its own IT department. With InformINS websites4insurance insurance agencies have access to a user-friendly web site management console, which enables them to manage all aspects of their web site (including advanced marketing and management features) without paying the high cost typically associated with hiring a web developer or employing an IT department.
