Californian Traveled to Poland to Interview Ukrainian Soldiers and Refugees and Animated their Stories

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Kipp Berdiansky, a 57-year-old engineer from Silicon Valley, traveled to Poland in May to interview Ukrainian soldiers and refugees. He subsequently had Ukrainian illustrators, animators and voice-over freelancers animate the story for a new YouTube channel called "Heroes of War."

The purpose of this YouTube Channel is to highlight the Ukrainian War from the point of view of regular civilians and soldiers.

Russian cruelty and Ukrainian lives disrupted are the general themes of these stories.

"I cried every day. I would look into the eyes of the refugees, they would tell their stories and cry, and then I would cry. It was draining," says Berdiansky.

The YouTube channel was just created 7/15/2022 and two new videos are planned to be released every week.

Bayflex Solutions Expands Endurance Test Capabilities at NextFlex Technology Hub

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Bayflex Solutions announced that it has signed an agreement with NextFlex, America's Flexible Hybrid Electronics Manufacturing Institute, to expand existing endurance test capabilities at NextFlex. Under the agreement, Bayflex, the authorized representative of YUASA Systems in North America and Europe, will add to the suite of YUASA endurance testing equipment installed at the NextFlex Technology Hub in San Jose, California. The equipment will be used by NextFlex, its members, as well as by Bayflex Solutions.

Under the agreement, Bayflex Solutions will upgrade and expand its suite of test equipment that allows for precise mechanical testing of flexible and flexible hybrid electronics (FHE) devices and systems. Capabilities include folding and stretching samples of various sizes, including multiple samples simultaneously, with tension-free(tm) mechanisms to isolate test characteristics. In addition, NextFlex will have early access to FlexData, a software package enabling system control and data collection, as well as predictive analytics and storage via a cloud platform, under development by Bayflex. Finally, Bayflex also intends to install an imaging system with a proximity sensor package.

Bay Area Law School Launches Two New Flexible Online Degrees in Intellectual Property

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Lincoln Law School of San Jose today announced their Flexible Online LLM and MLS in Intellectual Property, two new programs. Both the LLM IP and the MLS IP programs with a concentration on patents will be available starting this Fall semester 2020 starting in September.

The LLM in Intellectual Property ("LLM IP") is a 12-month course for lawyers. This flexible online one-year-long program offers a path for existing attorneys to specialize in the highly sought-after Intellectual Property Law with a focus on patents. This program would allow these professionals to expand their areas of expertise without disrupting their ongoing practice.
