Bookbinders Soups and Bisques represent a brand rich in tradition, with recipes based on the original favorites established by Samuel Bookbinder in Philadelphia, 1865. Snapper Soup, Lobster Bisque, Crab Bisque, Shrimp Bisque, Oyster Stew, Seafood Bisque, New England and Manhattan Clam Chowder are all offered on the on-line store.
