New Website Aims to Quench Mouth Watering Hunger of Each

BALTIMORE, Md. – Jan. 26 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — The Super Bowl is right around the corner and that means big parties, funny commercials and delicious appetizers. A Super Bowl party isn’t complete without finger foods and tasty treats, something the cooking enthusiasts at ChefClub (www.chefclub.net) will surely have covered.

(c) Send2PressIn honor of “The Big Game,” the website is holding an appetizer recipe contest that is free to all members. If past prizes are any indication, the winner will receive a $100 gift certificate to Amazon.com. Whether you’re looking for new appetizer ideas or think your recipe could win it all, your mouth will be watering just from reading some of the entries.

Here is a recipe posted by cookmeister13 who suggests, “I like to serve this dish with celery sticks and tortilla chips. It tastes just like chicken wings without the mess! Perfect for the big game!”
    Buffalo Chicken Dip:
1 lb. chicken, boiled and shredded
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
    1/2 cup ranch dressing
    3/4 cup hot sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese, ranch and blue cheese dressings.

Cook and stir until well blended and warm.

Mix in 3/4 cup shredded cheese.

Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker (or oven safe serving dish).

Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.

Cover and cook on low setting (or at 350 degrees in oven) until hot and bubbly.

About ChefClub
ChefClub.net was created by two hobbyist home chefs – a son and mother duo. When they could not find a suitable online portal for cooking enthusiasts, they teamed up to create one. Although their hometown Baltimore Ravens were eliminated from the NFL playoffs, they’ll be rooting for great recipes from ChefClub members to help make this year’s game a memorable one.

The website was launched in November of 2006 and at the time of this release had 250+ members. The founders plan to continue the monthly recipe contests, adding a unique theme and twist each time around.

Visitors can join ChefClub for free at www.chefclub.net (membership is not required to browse the collection of recipes and conversation).
