(OTCBB: PAOS) has, through its subsidiary Tiger-Tight Corp., obtained the exclusive rights for the United States and Canada to distribute the full line of a proprietary locking washers to be produced by ESK Ceramics, of Germany, a subsidiary of Ceradyne Corp. (CRDN).
