The assignment is for management services on Eagles Landing, a recently foreclosed 200 unit garden style apartment community located in Garland, Texas, a suburb of Dallas.

For this recent engagement, in addition to providing management services, we procured property insurance which resulted in significant savings to the special servicer.”
