“There are competitors in the iProduct repair space, both online and with retail locations, but we are the first to combine mobile repair operations with our mail-in and buy-back programs via ‘snail’ mail and/or the internet to our warehouse facility,” said Brett Shuemaker, iBroken’s COO. “In today’s mobile world, many customers simply cannot be without their phone for a day or two to send it in for repairs. Our mobile repair truck is the answer.”
The iBroken truck comes to you, the customer; and repairs are done on-site, usually in about 20 minutes.
