A R T I C L E:

Today, Professional Community Management of California, Inc. (PCM) announced that the company’s 12 percent growth in units managed across Southern California and Southern Nevada, created 55 more jobs and promoted 28 employees, seven of whom now serve on the executive team.

“Since January 2011, we have signed 21 new accounts and renewed community agreements this year with long-term clients at Laguna Woods Village and Sun Lakes Country Club,” said CEO Donny Disbro. “We pride ourselves on serving our clients well and rewarding talented members of our PCM family that contribute to our success.”

As the company celebrates its 40th anniversary, Disbro added that one of the most significant factors to the company’s growth was the opening of the Nevada division in July 2011. PCM was selected by eight association boards to manage Pulte Group’s Southern Nevada communities in the greater Las Vegas Valley and Mesquite Region.

“We are excited about our achievements and are setting even larger goals for 2012,” Disbro said. “Now more than ever, even though the real estate market continues to show signs of distress, our high level of customer service is in high demand. When our communities continue to look good and operate flawlessly, they continue to be desirable places to live for home buyers.”
