San Diego, California-based Attorney Stanley D. Prowse has announced the addition to his full feature web site of numerous new articles, continuing his efforts to demystify the law and the legal process for those with little or no knowledge of either. The new articles, like those previously posted, are written in plain English instead of legalese, and avoid arcane terminology.

They are not intended to provide legal advice, but to familiarize readers with the landscape, so they will not feel intimidated and helpless in their hopefully infrequent encounters with the legal system.

The subject matter of the new articles continues to mirror the areas of law in which Mr. Prowse has extensive experience and knowledge. There are six new articles on civil litigation, among them articles on the judicial system, mortgage fraud, the anatomy of a lawsuit, and managing your attorney if you are involved in a lawsuit.

Consistent with his certification as a Family Law Specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Prowse has also written new articles on the difference between legal separation and divorce, children’s testimony in disputed custody cases, and senior divorce. The children’s testimony during a divorce article appears to be a very hot topic within today’s ever changing family law community.

These new articles bring the web site to a total of fifty pages of practical reference data currently utilized by web resources, as well as individuals in search of easy to understand legal information.

“It never ceases to amaze me the manner in which our visitors utilize our on-site search tool to locate information within our web site. It certainly is a pleasure to be of service to those in the community needing legal assistance,” says Prowse.
