That press release noted that SecuGen obtained a permanent injunction against RBH Access Technologies, Inc. and RBH USA, Inc. from importing, offering for sale, distributing or selling within the United States products that incorporate non-licensed Suprema fingerprint sensors. SecuGen now clarifies that, based on information provided by Suprema, RBH Access Technologies, Inc. and RBH USA, Inc. are not Suprema distributors or OEM partners.
