Compared to 2011, IDS saw a 144.5 percent increase in initial disclosure orders throughout the year. Total 2012 document orders increased 70.4 percent from 2011, and IDS grew its client base by 40 percent over the same period.
IDS Executive Vice President Mark Mackey attributes the company’s growth in 2012 to historically low interest rates, compliance and constantly changing regulations, which contributed to lenders reevaluating their third party vendors especially on the document side of the process.
