“CEO Singh Introduces Technology Training Seminar in Las Vegas”
LAS VEGAS, NV – July 8 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Online campaigning expert and CEO of ElectionMall Technologies, Inc. (www.electionmall.com) Ravi Singh announced the launch of the first-ever webmaster certificate seminar. The webmaster seminar, which is being conducted by ElectionMall Academy, will provide political activists and campaign managers with the necessary knowledge to utilize the expanding role of technology in campaigns.
“After the 2004 election cycle we have seen a large increase in people’s interest to become tech savvy and become webmasters,” said Singh. “We realize that our future leaders need to learn how to use technology and up until now there was no where for them to be trained in campaigns and election technology. Everyone wants to learn and understand the latest and greatest technology in campaigns and we are providing them this opportunity.”
According to data released by the New Census Bureau, turnout rates for voters under twenty-five increased 11 percentage points, from 36 to 47 percent, from 2000 to 2004 and the Pew Internet and American Life Project found that over 13 million people went on-line to engage directly in campaign activities during 2004 election cycle.
The webmaster certificate seminar is scheduled to take place in Washington D.C. August 12-13. The cost to attend the certificate program in Washington D.C. for the two day seminar is $495. Participation in the event is also available through the Internet, as the downloadable seminar e-book is available for purchase at a cost of only $49.95.
Singh introduced the webmaster seminar program at the Young Republican National Convention taking place this weekend in Las Vegas, where he is a panelist on the New Media panel.
Singh and ElectionMall Technologies, Inc., a leading non-partisan provider of on-line campaign technology solutions, were featured in Business Week magazine and USA Today Weekend magazine during the 2004 campaign.
Singh is also scheduled to attend the Young Democrats of America National Convention in San Francisco in early August discussing technology in campaigns and elections.
