The International Pageant system has been developed to promote today's women and their accomplishments. Beginning 21 years ago, the International(R) system was developed to have higher standards than other pageant systems. The focus behind Mrs. International(R) is to showcase women 21 to 56 years old, married at least six months, and a resident of the state or a citizen of the country she represents. Each contestant competes in Interview Competition, which is valued for 50% of her score, Evening Gown, valued for 25% and Fitness Wear for 25%. Each contestant has the opportunity to select a platform of her choice that she spends the year promoting.

Created in 2005, the focus behind Miss International(R) is to showcase single women, who are 19 to 29 years old by July 1st of the national competition year, and are a resident of the state or a citizen of the country that they represent. Each contestant competes in Interview Competition which is valued at 40% of their total score, Evening Gown, valued for 20%, Fitness Wear for 20%, and Fun Fashion Wear 20%. Each contestant has the opportunity to select a platform of her choice, that she spends the year promoting.

The purpose of Miss Teen International is to showcase women who are 13 to 18 years old, by July 1st of the national competition year and are a resident of the state or a citizen of the country they represent. Each contestant competes in Interview Competition valued at 40% of their total score, Evening Gown valued for 20%, Fitness Wear for 20%, and Fun Fashion Wear 20%. Each contestant has the opportunity to select a platform of her choice that she spends the year promoting.

Applications are being accepted now to name local representatives from all over New York to participate in the state pageant in October. After submission of your application, fee, photo, and completion of a brief phone interview with the state director, you can begin your reign as a local title holder, leading up to the state pageant. "What most people don't know is that there are ways to get the group discount even if you're retired from your company, or even if your employer does not currently sponsor a long term care group plan." Roeser's organization offers a special program for companies and other organizations, called the Long Term Care Outreach and Education Program (LTCOEP(TM)).

- How to avoid rate hikes and secure inflation protection. "You want your premium payments to remain stable, not suddenly shoot up," says Roeser. "And you want your benefits to increase with the cost of living. The way to do this is to choose a policy with an inflation protection clause, from a very sound carrier."

In 2006 he was awarded the prestigious Mitchell T. Curtis Award for growth and contribution to the Northern California office.
