LAS VEGAS, Nev. — The second annual Beatrice Shipley Scholarship – created by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and the American Gem Society (AGS) in 2019 – was awarded to Rachel Burazer, a sales associate and custom designer at Argo & Lehne Jewelers, an AGS member store in Columbus, Ohio.
