Aussie CEO Damon Tindall Launches Ambitious Post-Election Black Education Plan for African-Americans

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Damon Tindall, an Australian CEO and founder of Black My Business, just announced a major Crowdfunding initiative to help fund 1,000 full tuition African-American scholarships by December 25, 2020. In the wake of the Democrats' victory, Tindall has seized the opportunity to initiate meaningful action in support of President-elect Biden's promise to help heal the nations' deep racial wounds.

Tindall says he has the answer to help bridge the economic disparity and help close the gap on black education, employment and economic outcomes by supplying significant educational and employment opportunities to African Americans funded by the #10ForChangeChallenge.

According to, only 45.9 percent of students of color complete their college degrees within six years - the lowest rate compared to other races and ethnicities. This high dropout rate is partially because six percent of African American college students are independent; they must balance pursuing a degree with full-time work and family responsibilities.

These numbers are staggering, but Tindall, a University of Newcastle alum says, "We can break this cycle through the #10ForChangeChallenge which aims to raise 2.6 million over the next five weeks and fund 1,000 full tuition digital marketing scholarships for African-American students."

This short-term target is part of a broader strategy to crowdfund 10,000 plus scholarships across a wide range of in-demand career paths, such as digital marketing over the next three years.

Why digital marketing? Digital marketing is expecting explosive growth in the coming decade, according to Forbes Magazine. It reports, "89 percent of all companies have already adopted a digital-first business strategy."

"African-American students educated through the Black My Business initiative will play a pivotal role in the future digital economy," Tindall explains.

Each $2,600 scholarship includes:

* A complete, one-year digital marketing course.

* A Simplilearn Professional Digital Marketing Specialist Qualification with Content Partner Harvard Business Publishing Education

* Certification alignment with Google and OMCP (Online Marketing Certified Professional)

* Opportunity to participate in a black mentoring program

* Access to career counseling

The #10ForChangeChallenge starts Tuesday, November 17. Donors are invited to give $10 or more on the #10ForChangeChallenge GoFundMe Page: and are encouraged to invite 10 more friends to match their giving.

Leveraging the power of social media, participants are also invited to make a short video detailing their passion for this program. Black My Business will reward $1,000 to the 10 best viral videos from the #10ForChangeChallenge.

Certified Tax Resolution Specialist, James Cha from Ace Plus Tax Resolution, Advises Non-Filers to File Their Back Tax Returns Now

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- James Cha, a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist from Ace Plus Tax Resolution, urges taxpayers to file their tax returns as soon as possible, even if they missed the tax deadline or can't pay off, as they're only increasing their tax bill by delaying.

The IRS has started again to send the collection notices to taxpayers from late October. These notices were paused due to COVID-19. Now, the IRS's mail backlog is caught up enough to enforce non-payments, and they will start levy, lien, and other threatening collection activities.

The IRS has slowed down in many aspects due to COVID-19, but they never stopped investigating people who haven't filed tax returns. Pursuing non-filers can be one of the IRS's most efficient enforcement strategies because issuing non-filer notices can be a cost-effective tool that requires little more than automated notices.

There is an ever-increased chance that the IRS will start ramping up their collection activities right after the presidential election is over.

Consequences of Non-Filing

Why are there so many non-filers? Quite many people misunderstand and think, "If I don't file, then the IRS won't know. Then the IRS cannot pursue, lien, or levy me." Or, "I didn't get any notices the following year. I must've gotten away."

"However, this isn't true," says Ace Plus Tax Resolution's Certified Tax Resolution Specialist(R), James Cha. "Taxpayers are only increasing their tax bills by not filing and waiting. The IRS will investigate and catch up with non-compliant cases in the following years. Once the IRS system discovers those cases, it will send out warning letters and threaten non-filers. Failure to file a tax return may be construed as a criminal act by the IRS and can be punishable by up to one year in jail for each year not filed. If left unresolved, the non-filers find themselves in a tough spot when the IRS freezes their bank accounts, garnishes their wages, seizes or sells their assets, suspends their passports, takes their retirement funds, takes their home, and so much more."

Why Should Non-Filers File Tax Returns As Soon As Possible?

If a taxpayer hasn't filed tax returns in the past several years, it is strongly recommended that they file their returns as soon as possible, even if they can't pay them off at the moment.

If taxpayers fail to file or pay the returns, the IRS will keep adding penalties at an extremely high rate and also charge them interest. The IRS charges 5% of the amount due every month for failure to file, and 0.5% for failure to pay for a maximum of 25% each. Because of 0.5% reduction in penalty for any month, the maximum penalty amount combined is 47.5% of the taxes owed.

Compliance is Required before Resolution

Ace Plus Tax Resolution can bring you back to compliance by filing back tax returns, which will stop the failure-to-file penalty. What's important is that the taxpayer needs to be "current" with any filing obligations to be eligible for any back tax liability settlement with the IRS.

To be Current, You Must:

1. File tax returns for the most recent six years, and

2. Make current tax payments.
a. sufficient withholding (W-2 employee)
b. estimated tax payments (self-employed)
c. quarterly payroll tax deposits (business)

Ace Plus Tax Resolution's solutions include:

If qualified, Offer in Compromise allows a negotiation to settle back tax liability for a substantially reduced amount from the full amount owed. Keep in mind that the IRS can reject the offer if the financial documents are not professionally prepared or the taxpayer is not in compliance with the IRS. For applicants who have not filed all of their tax returns or made all required estimated tax payments or deposits, their offers will be rejected.

The Installment Agreement is for those who are unable to make the full tax payment immediately. There is a limit to how much they can owe to qualify for the agreement for online application. Thus, non-filers should consult with a tax relief professional for detailed information.

Another method is to see if they qualify for a Currently Not Collectible status upon submitting a financial statement. If the taxpayers have no means to pay the debt at the moment or anytime soon, they can request the IRS to delay the collection process until their financial situation improves. Note that this doesn't mean the back tax liability will disappear - the IRS can come back and collect your taxes years later. Other solutions include lien relief, release of wage or bank levies, penalty abatement, Bankruptcy Dischargeability Analysis, etc., depending on the non-filer's situation.

James adds on and says, "the IRS is making deals right now for back tax liability due to COVID-19. So, now is the best time to negotiate with the IRS."

Bottom Line

Without these alternative solutions, the amount the taxpayer owes to the IRS can become so massive that they cannot pay off the amount. It's like this huge snowball rolling downhill, getting bigger and bigger with growing penalties and interest. In fact, millions of taxpayers in America are delinquent in filing tax returns and are struggling to pay the IRS.

If you're struggling with tax problems, it is strongly recommended that you seek help from tax relief experts who can guide you through the most suitable resolution method and reduce the liability owed to the IRS to the lowest amount possible if you qualify. This can resolve your non-filing problems effectively and permanently.

Happy Halloween L.A.: Trick or Treating 2020 Style

PICO RIVERA, Calif. -- Did you think that Halloween festivities were out of the question this year due to the pandemic? Most communities are discouraging or banning house-to-house trick or treating to prevent virus transmission. All is not lost, however. Families can gather for Happy Halloween L.A., the largest, most immersive, drive-through event in Southern California. The event follows all COVID-19 rules and regulations as dictated by the "Los Angeles County Department of Public Health's Guidance for Celebrating Halloween." Along with the generous sponsorship of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers and Vans Shoes, among others, it is the first joint venture of Life Changing Charities, a 502(c)(3) non-profit organization, and PartyWorks Interactive, a Southern California events company. The event is a great example of how industries are re-inventing themselves to address the limitations imposed by Covid-19.

Set in Pico Rivera Bicentennial Park, this one mile, no-contact event is an approximately 30-minute drive-through experience featuring four fun zones, a photo op, goodie bags, a virtual costume contest, and more. Attendees can listen to a narrative track on their FM radios as they slowly cruise through the event. Emphasis is on safe, family fun - nothing too frightening. Costumes are optional, but encouraged.

The Happy Halloween LA adventure consists of the following zones:

Zone A, Jurassic Adventure, is a trek through a primeval world and features life-size dinosaurs from 20 to 40 feet high. No worries, though, they're inflatables.

Zone B, Dia de Los Muertos, celebrates Mexico's famous "Day of the Dead" with larger-than-life props and mariachi music. This zone is certified muy bien.

Zone C, Crazy Kids Carnival, presents mind-bending magical illusions in a festive atmosphere. The illusions were designed by members of Hollywood's famed Magic Castle.

Zone D, Monster Alley, is where giant, 20-foot+ monsters hang out and loom over cars as they slowly cruise their way past. Lighting and sound effects guarantee a creepy, fun experience.

Zone E, Drive-Thru Photo Op Station, offers survivors a take-home printed photo of their vehicle-bound group, as well as a virtual digital photo sent to their e-mail within seconds.

Additional activities include a Virtual Costume Contest where contestants send their costume photos to the website, with photos displayed on a giant screen at the event site. Participants can vote on their favorites, and winners will receive prizes.

There will also be free packaged candy for the kids and fresh, cold, reusable Pathwater™ bottles for the adults (while supplies last).

The event takes place at Pico Rivera Bicentennial Park, 11003 Sports Arena Drive, Pico Rivera, CA 90601 and runs from October 15 through November 1, 2020.

Hours are 4 p.m. through 10 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays, 4 p.m. through 11 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. After dark attendance is recommended for an enhanced experience. Daylight hours are recommended for sensitive children. Tickets are available at the event, or advanced tickets (recommended) can be purchased at

Ticket prices are $60 per vehicle of up to four people ages three and up; there is no charge for children under the age of three. Additional passengers (ages three and up) are $10 each. Note that each person must be wearing a seat belt or be in a car seat. The total number of people in a vehicle cannot exceed the vehicle's legal capacity.

Attendees are not permitted to leave their vehicles and must wear face masks when opening their windows. Additional event information is available at

Uvilite Provides Hospital-Grade Sterilization Technology for Everyday Use

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Uvilite has developed a safe and powerfully effective ultraviolet sterilizing light technology for everyday residential use. Ideal for homes, cars and any other areas where germs are present, Uvilite uses hospital-grade technology that protects and empowers people to fight germs when and where they want to.

UV-C technology destroys up to 99.9 percent of bacteria, viruses and fungi by using safe and powerful ultraviolet light and it only takes a few minutes.

"Our flagship product, the Uvilite Torch, is the ultimate embodiment of everyday ultraviolet light sterilization," Charles Palao, a Uvilite co-founder, says. "We're thrilled that we've been able to 'consumerize' this industrial technology and bring it to the general population."

With built-in safety features, a dual-sterilization effect (from UV-C germicidal light and ozone generation), and a portable form factor, the Uvilite Torch is packed with the power of a sterilizing station, but in the form of a portable wand.

The FDA reports that, "UVC radiation is a known disinfectant for air, water and nonporous surfaces. UVC radiation has effectively been used for decades to reduce the spread of bacteria, such as tuberculosis. For this reason, UVC lamps are often called 'germicidal' lamps."

And, according to Uvilite, it's the small spaces that are the most concerning. For example, the germiest spot in a bathroom isn't the toilet, it's actually the toothbrush holder.

The Uvilite Torch is ideal for spaces up to 30 square feet. It's portable and rechargeable and ideal for places such as nurseries, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, closets and cars. Its portable size also makes it easy for consumers to bring it with them to hotels, restaurants, gas stations and more.

Other products include the Uvilite Chamber, Uvilite Mini and Uvilite Mini+. All products are completely safe for items such as phones, keyboards, masks, wallets, keys, earphones, pacifiers and other objects because all products are chemical-free.

Showcase USA introduces U.S.-China Trade Solution: Program to help companies start selling in China using cross border e-commerce

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Cross border e-commerce is re-writing the rules for international business and particularly for how small and medium sized brands reach the ever growing, but elusive China market. Traditional stocking distributors and importers have been replaced by e-commerce marketplaces that allow Chinese consumers to purchase foreign brands directly from the source via supply points in the United States or through bonded warehouses in China. ABC Showcase USA a leading provider of cross border e-commerce services, international trade and logistics, announced a major expansion of services to assist U.S. brand suppliers to access a comprehensive solution to help sell directly to consumers in China through cross border e-commerce.

Cross border e-commerce is dramatically transforming the way foreign brands penetrate the Chinese market. This year more than $250 billion dollars in commerce is expected through cross border e-commerce in China and more than 600 million active online consumers are expected by 2023. Perhaps even more exciting, U.S. companies can start selling their products in China without needing to first commit to costly regulatory approvals, re-labeling or modifications.

The rise of cross border e-commerce has brought with it an unprecedented opportunity for American companies to tap sales directly from Chinese consumers. Even with the specter of protracted trade friction between the United States and China, cross border e-commerce offers U.S. brand holders a sensible work around to sell their products in China avoiding high tariffs. New-to-export companies can begin selling their brands direct to consumers in China including in highly regulated product categories such as health supplements, beauty products, pet food, and packaged foods with no need to directly ship their inventory overseas and thus bypassing a traditional stocking distributor. The Chinese government has recently lowered duties on most consumer goods sold through cross border sales to 9.2 %. Coupled with the expanded Chinese individual personal exemption, consumers can now import up to 5000 RMB($720.00) duty free.

The team at Showcase USA has simplified the cross border e-commerce process to offer companies a customizable solution to help quickly launch their products rapidly in China. Since the start of 2018, Showcase USA has managed the successful launch of U.S. apparel, beauty, packaged foods, supplements, and innovative consumer goods on,, WeChat and other leading cross border marketplaces.

According to Mark Matsumoto, company co-founder, "The Showcase USA program allows U.S. companies a low-risk method to start selling direct to Chinese consumers in as little as 30 days. Our turn-key solution provides full support to launch new brands through cross border e-commerce in China including active social media marketing and participation in live streaming events."

Leveraging the backbone of ABC Depot Logistics who established the 3PL and procurement arm for in America(now part of Alibaba) , the ABC Showcase USA model provides brand holders a simple method to manage all aspects of the cross border process selling on leading platforms including, Kaola, Pinduoduo, Tmall, WeChat and others.

The ABC Showcase Program provides brand holders the following bundled support:

* Platform authorization and launch within 30 Days

* Product registrations with China Customs

* Translated product listings

* Management of inventory and logistics from Los Angeles or New Jersey Warehouse

* Payment collection from Chinese consumers

* Social media campaigns with influencers (KOLs) and participation in live streaming selling events.

* 24/7 customer service support in China

Please inquire about special low-cost pilot program options to launch your brand in China within 30 days!

Don't miss your chance to leverage the biggest online shopping market in the world. U.S. companies who take advantage of the program offered by ABC Showcase can actively participate in Single's Day and/or other important online sales incentive days in Winter 2020.

About ABC Depot Logistics/Showcase USA

Founded in 2005 as a leading provider of end-to-end logistics solutions, combing air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, road rail, express packages and e-commerce services. Having established a strong reputation in the global logistics industry, ABC Depot was enlisted by Netease/Kaola in 2015 to establish a 3PL operation and procurement office in North America. ABC Depot has played a key role helping become the leading cross border e-commerce platform in China. New Rap Writer/Producer and Eminem Stan James Guiltinan Launches Kickstarter Campaign to Create Music Video Salute to Eminem

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Will the real Stan please stand up? Before James "Slim Jimmy" Guiltinan knew that Eminem's "Stan" had become a dictionary word defined as a sort of super, but sometimes obsessed fan, he'd written one of his first two rap songs, as an Eminem "salute." The slang definition of "stan" likely originated from Eminem's song and music video "Stan."

At first, James referred to his song, "This Time and Then" as a "tribute song" to Eminem, but later learned that the term was reserved for the deceased. So he coined a new phrase "salute song." James now suggests that he could be the real Eminem "Stan," but not of the obsessed or crazed kind of stan, an example of which might be the recent intruder into Eminem's home. The Detroit rap artist's music helped to get James through a dark period in his life.

Having only played trumpet in high school during the seventies, and new to rap writing and producing, James had assistance from Los Angeles rapper Solid Savage who recorded and co-wrote "This Time and Then." James originally didn't want to charge for the song, as he felt it would cheapen the "salute." His distribution service required a minimum price for streaming distribution, but James has made "This Time and Then" available at no charge on SoundCloud. James' Kickstarter campaign serves to create a complementary product (the accompanying music video) to further the Eminem salute.

Ironically, Slim Shady's "Stan" song and music video features a Stan character who ends up accidentally or purposely killing himself in a car accident. While James admits to being suicidal during his struggles, and perhaps saved by in part at least, rather than troubled by an absence of writing back, Eminem's music.

"Eminem's music gave me encouragement, because it talks about struggles that Slim Shady experienced during his life, which I identified with," James says.

After losing his job two years ago and living out of his van, which was after losing his family's house and getting divorced, James took up songwriting to finally try his hand at the creative arts. At first, his lyrics were essentially poems. After ordering two songwriting books, James got a little better at the craft. He also remixed the background music he selected for "This Time and Then" after taking a class in Logic.

During his two years of being homeless, James has written and produced seven hip hop and one R&B tracks. Most of the work on his songs, including the cover artwork, writing, and background ("beat") music selection was done using a cell phone, after his MacBook was stolen.

"Wrigley Field," a sequel to "This Time and Then," is a playful rap song, where James comes to Slim's "rescue" by providing a warning to - in good fun only - similar to a diss track - Machine Gun Kelly, regarding MGK's Eminem diss (disrespect) song. James views "salute" songs as being the opposite of "diss" songs, and he hopes they become popularized.

"Similar to the Stan in the Eminem song and music video, I DM'd Slim on Instagram, but didn't hear back," James says. "However, he may have given me a lyrics wink in one of his songs as 'Gilligan.' Of course, I can't know for sure. It's just close to my last name, and I also used 'Gilligan' in my "Wrigley Field" lyrics."

"This Time and Then" and "Wrigley Field" are available on streaming platforms under the artist name "James Bernard Guiltinan."

TIPZY Releases Satirical Music Video About Safety During a Pandemic

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Performing artist, TIPZY, debuts satirical music video, "COVID Dance," that uses humor to comment on the ways we choose to (or not to) stay safe during the pandemic.

The video features a beat comprised of coughs, Dr. Fauci cameos, grocery store stand-offs and an other-worldly virus depicted by a hot-glued craft poof ball and straws. It takes the viewer on a rhythmic ride fueled by rap-style lyrics while showcasing various pandemic reactions and interactions.

"I was inspired to make this video after a supermarket encounter where I tried avoiding another shopper. The guy said to me, 'Hey, we're doing the COVID dance,'" Bailey says.

"COVID Dance" was written, directed and produced by Zach Bailey, also known by his stage name, TIPZY.

"When building this song, I was inspired by Megan Thee Stallion's, 'Savage,' and its iconic 2020 TikTok challenge plus my forever role models, Andy Samberg and his comedy group, The Lonely Island," Bailey says. "My ultimate goal for this music video is to promote ways we can stay safe this year, and my way happens to be through humor."

Bailey shares that he's been producing "goofy songs" for as long as he can remember when he first started out in his hometown of Overland Park, Kansas.

Five Star Reviews for Real Life Ghostbuster’s First Fiction Foray

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Nifni Press, a Paraphrase, LLC imprint, released "Near Death (A Raney/Daye Investigation Book 1)" (ISBN: 978-1953566003), a paranormal mystery introducing a new team of investigators that has already garnered several 5-star reviews from and been lauded by noted mediums for its refreshingly real portrayal of the paranormal.

It is no wonder the book makes the unreal seem real. Co-author Loyd Auerbach, a world-renowned parapsychologist, has written several non-fiction books on ghosts, psychic dreaming and other things that go bump in the night. Loyd is a sought-after speaker on the paranormal, especially in the busy Halloween month. Why did he pick October to release Near Death? "Everybody is focused on the spooky and paranormal in October," Auerbach shared, "making the release of 'Near Death' especially relevant."

Near Death, the first book in the Raney/Daye Investigation series, was written by Rich Hosek, Arnold Rudnick and Loyd Auerbach, who worked from Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco, respectively, to adapt a script they wrote together into a "Great read," according to Evidential Spirit Medium Sandra O'Hara. "Strong characters, bad guys and ghosts with a killer twist." NY Times bestselling authors have lauded the work, which is Loyd's first fiction book, but surely not his last. "The late Martin Caidin, author of 'Cyborg,' the basis of 'The Six Million Dollar Man,' urged me to get into fiction," Auerbach recalled. "Both before and after he died. I'm very proud to be part of this project, bringing my own paranormal experiences to Raney and Daye Investigations."

"Near Death" is based on an original screenplay the trio wrote in 1992 called "Raney & Daye: Supernormal Sleuths." Before that, it was a television series pitch called "Psi Cops."

"This was before 'The X-Files,'" Arnold recalls. "Nobody was ready for a paranormal television show - and a few people thought it was about fraternity police, so we decided to change the title."

Rich began the task of updating the trio's almost 30-year-old work a year ago. "The process of turning a movie into a novel has always intrigued me. I've enjoyed movies based on novels, but the other way opens up exploration into character that you can't do in a screenplay," Hosek said. "I began writing novels recently, and Raney and Daye came to mind because of all of Nate and Jennifer's untold stories. But it wasn't something I wanted to do without Arnold and Loyd. I reached out to see if they would be interested in this project, and they both responded, 'When do we start?'"

Loyd recently completed the team effort "ESP Wars: East & West" and has written numerous books on the paranormal, including the definitive "ESP, Hauntings and Poltergeists: A Parapsychologist's Handbook." Rich has also written "The Dead Kids Club," which will be released in 2021. Arnold wrote the award-winning paranormal pre-teen book, "ESPete: Sixth Grade Sense" and the inspirational children's book "Little Green." Together, Rich and Arnold have written several feature scripts and for numerous television shows, including "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" and "The New Addams Family."
