Mr. Karp is a resident of and premier builder/developer in the exclusive community of Rancho Santa Fe, located in southern California. Mr. Karp has a great interest Armor and believes in the exceptional potential of Armor’s electric vehicle program sufficient to provide a substantial capital investment into the company in February 2005 and again in April 2006.
Mr. Karp founded Kachay Homes in 1975, developing and building exclusive residential homes and commercial projects including condominiums, office buildings, a shopping center and a hotel in Bloomington Hills Michigan, Florida, Texas and since 1989 in the southern California areas of Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe.
