InnoVergent also provided integration between ADERANT’s Salesforce.com (cloud-based sales tools, lead management, analytics and tracking) and OpenAir Professional Services Automation applications to Intacct. The integration between ADERANT’s key systems allows the company to achieve best-practices processes throughout the company.
ADERANT, with headquarters in Atlanta and offices in Asia Pacific and Europe, has professional services consultants around the world. These consultants are able to use OpenAir to submit their time and billing. That information automatically updates in Intacct without rekeying information.
