Songwriter Ruth RobertsLOS ANGELES, Calif., June 18, 2013 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Ants, antelopes and aardvarks join pandas, gorillas and whales in songs for children from Ruth Roberts Music. Sixteen tracks are on “Animal Songs That Tickle Your Funny Bone” and the prices of the songs and the album have just been reduced on iTunes.

“We’re celebrating the release of the ‘Animal Songs’ album with lowered prices so more parents and children are able to enjoy these songs year-round,” states Susan Nicoletti, Director of Operations for Goldenrod Music and Michael Brent Publications, the publishing companies that oversee Roberts’ songs.

“We lowered our price per single song download to 49 cents and our price per full 16-song-album download to only $4.99,” Nicoletti says. The new pricing also applies to schools and institutions providing special needs instruction.

“Children enjoy Ruth’s songs, but the true magic happens when they start singing along,” Nicoletti says. “And when the whole family joins in, it’s like a party in your home, car, or classroom.”

Titles in the album collection include “The Polar Bear Song,” “On Top of a Camel,” “I Like Cows,” “Three Slow Snails,” “The Albuquerque Turkey,” and “Danny and Dinah, Two Pandas from China.”

“Young children especially love learning with these funny, pun-filled songs. And I can vouch for them all as G-Rated,” Nicoletti states, referencing her five years as a member of the ratings board for the Motion Picture Association of America.
