freeNewsArticles Story Summary: “Sharewell L.P. is pleased to announce that it has completed the purchase of the patented, proprietary EM MWD technology jointly developed pursuant to an exclusive license agreement between E-Spectrum Technologies and Sharewell L.P.”

A R T I C L E:

Sharewell L.P. is pleased to announce that it has completed the purchase of the patented, proprietary EM MWD technology jointly developed pursuant to an exclusive license agreement between E-Spectrum Technologies and Sharewell L.P. This unique technology was initially developed by E-Spectrum in cooperation with the Department of Energy (DOE) as part of a "Deep Trek" initiative to foster new technologies to facilitate exploration for deep natural gas resources.

Mark West, Sharewell's President, stated that, "Due to the rapid commercial success and increasing demand for the technology, we are very pleased to be in a position to purchase the technology well before the end of the option term, a full year ahead of schedule. With the purchase of the technology Sharewell receives an assignment of the Licensed Patent, the technology and all ownership rights therein."

With over 15,000 operating hours in multiple basins of N. America, Sharewell's patented EM system is capable of identifying, transmitting and decoding very weak signals. The technology successfully operates at greater depths than other EM systems and in formations not favorable to EM wave propagation. Sharewell believes these capabilities distinguish the Electro-Trac™ EM technology from other EM systems currently in use.

Sharewell's EM technology saves the operator time and money by transmitting data faster than mud-pulse and by providing continuous transmission even while making connections. Unlike traditional mud pulse MWD transmission systems, EM technology does not rely on drilling fluids to transmit pressure pulses to the surface. Because EM systems have no moving parts or fluid restrictions, they are more reliable than conventional mud pulse tools.

Sharewell L.P. is a privately held service and technology company providing premium directional drilling products, services and technology to the oil and gas and pipeline and utility industries worldwide.

For more information on the Company or to learn more about the Company's EM technology please contact Mark West or Greg Turner at 713-983-9818.

Leading Bio Jet Fuel Players Team Up – Camelina Projects To Produce Renewable Jet Fuel Internationally

Author: BioJet Corporation
Dateline: Wed, 06 Jan 2010

freeNewsArticles Story Summary: “SANTA BARBARA, Calif. and CINCINNATI, Ohio (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- BioJet Corporation and Great Plains Oil and Exploration announced today that they have executed a Teaming Agreement for the purpose of producing renewable jet fuels. The companies plan to jointly develop integrated Camelina cultivation and associated refinery projects in the U.S., Europe, South America, and Asia.”

A R T I C L E:

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. and CINCINNATI, Ohio, Jan. 6 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- BioJet Corporation and Great Plains Oil & Exploration announced today that they have executed a Teaming Agreement for the purpose of producing renewable jet fuels. The companies plan to jointly develop integrated Camelina cultivation and associated refinery projects in the U.S., Europe, South America, and Asia.

BioJet will bring its international network and management experience in developing renewable jet fuel projects. Great Plains will provide its extensive experience in Camelina growth and processing. It is estimated that within 5 years, Camelina production from currently planned team projects will yield approximately 200 million gallons per year of renewable jet fuel, 65 million gallons per year of co-products, and 2.3 million tons per year of Camelina meal, for use as a high-quality animal feed.

Great Plains is the largest Camelina producer in the world and has extensive agronomic and genomic intellectual property with exclusive access to the majority of the world's Camelina germplasm. These strengths will allow Great Plains to identify the best proprietary varieties of Camelina for each teamed project location, thereby optimizing production yield. Great Plains has contracted approximately 85 percent of the Camelina acreage currently planted in North America and plans to rapidly expand its acreage in 2010 and beyond.

Sam Huttenbauer, CEO of Great Plains, said: "Affordable feedstock is the key to all biofuels, and due to Camelina's low inputs and high-quality meal by-product, it has tremendous potential to be competitive with petroleum jet fuel. The scale of these projects will allow this to happen quickly." It's expected that the majority of production from the teamed projects will be international. "This relationship greatly expands our bandwidth for international crop production, refining, sales and distribution, corporate finance, and carbon trading. We expect these capabilities to allow our company to rapidly produce Camelina-derived renewable jet fuel at competitive pricing."

BioJet is a leading international supply chain integrator in renewable jet fuel for the aviation sector. Its operations include feedstock generation, technology, refining, logistics, and distribution to end users in the aviation sector. In 2009, BioJet executed the world's largest take-or-pay contracts for Jatropha feedstock and forward sale of Bio-SPK jet fuel. Most recently, BioJet was selected by the Roundtable on Sustainable Biofuels as the first implementation Pilot Company for Version 1 of the Principles of Sustainability. BioJet's strong international networks in the field of renewable jet fuel production will allow for integrated supply chain management from the teamed projects as well as access to large-scale acreage for Camelina growth.

BioJet CEO Mitch Hawkins commented: "We're very pleased to team up with Great Plains. We already control the world's largest quantities of Jatropha dedicated to jet fuel, and work in designer feedstocks and algae. This deal effectively triples our feedstock resources. It is a major step in the achievement of our goal of 20 million barrels per year of renewable jet fuel by 2020."

Great Plains OilGreat Plains Oil & Exploration (Great Plains - The Camelina Company) is the renewable fuels company that pioneered the manufacturing and marketing of fuel and chemicals from Camelina. Great Plains has exclusive access to the majority of the world's Camelina germplasm and is the established leader in the field of Camelina agronomy and production. With over 12 years of Camelina development, Great Plains has developed a grower base and production facilities from which it produces and supplies commercial quantities of biofuel as well as high-protein, omega 3-rich animal feed. More information can be found at www.CamelinaCompany.com.

BioJet Corporation's objective is to be the international leader as supply chain integrator in renewable jet fuel for aviation. The Company is committed to utilizing any and all sustainable and economically viable feedstocks in the fulfillment of its mission. BioJet has a strong, experienced management team with a clear strategic vision, and has put in place the feedstock, refining, sustainability, management, sales, and logistics infrastructure to achieve effective, rapid growth and significant market share. freeNewsArticles Story Summary: “SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- BioJet Corporation (formerly JatrophaBioJet) and E85 LLC jointly announced today that they have executed a Bio-SPK forward contract for the sale by BioJet and the purchase by E85 of 4 million barrels of aviation bio jet fuel. 'Bio-SPK' is now the proper aviation industry term for bio jet fuel and the fuel delivered under this contract will meet ASTM International specifications. Other than quantity, the terms of the contract were undisclosed.”

A R T I C L E:

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Sept. 21 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- BioJet Corporation (formerly JatrophaBioJet) (www.biojetcorp.com) and E85 LLC jointly announced today that they have executed a Bio-SPK forward contract for the sale by BioJet and the purchase by E85 of 4 million barrels of aviation bio jet fuel. "Bio-SPK" is now the proper aviation industry term for bio jet fuel and the fuel delivered under this contract will meet ASTM International specifications. Other than quantity, the terms of the contract were undisclosed.

BioJet CEO Mitch Hawkins said: "This contract is a milestone in the developing international process of providing bio jet fuel to the commercial aviation industry. To our knowledge, it is by far the largest sale of bio jet fuel to date and demonstrates the commercial viability of our value-chain integration model. It also represents a major step for our company in achieving our goal of providing 30 million barrels of bio jet fuel annually."

Hugh Canady, Chairman of E85 stated: "E85 is very pleased to participate as an early adopter and first-mover in the enablement of the worldwide aviation bio jet commodity chain. We especially appreciate the innovative price indexing which BioJet has worked out. It falls in line with our philosophy of transparency in pricing of all our oil transactions. Along with BioJet, we believe in the Principles of Sustainability and hope to become a significant player in world aviation's bio jet business." He went on to say that European Union mandates to reduce climate change have been announced which are now slated to affect approximately 4,000 aviation operators and provide bans at EU member airports for aviation operators, including military, which do not comply.

Both companies expect demand for aviation biofuels to exceed 280 million barrels annually. BioJet Corporation's objective is to be an international leader as supply chain integrator in bio jet fuel for aviation. This fuel is now properly referred to as Synthetic Paraffinic Kerosene (Bio-SPK). Bio-SPK is being certified for commercial use by the American Society for Testing and Materials International (ASTMI) who estimates that certification will be complete by the end of 2010.

Hawkins also commented: "The primary issue in any biofuel is the feedstock. BioJet is fundamentally agnostic with regard to feedstocks and is committed to utilizing any and all sustainable and economically viable feedstock in the fulfillment of its mission. These include Jatropha, Camelina, Algae, and Designer sources. That said, we believe that today and for the next several years, Jatropha will be the credible, prime feedstock. Hence, we already control millions of barrels of jatropha feedstock."

BioJet, along with its partner South Pole Carbon Asset Management (Zurich) (www.southpole.com), also utilizes its formidable carbon resources to provide the solution to the very large related carbon offset opportunity, believed to be in excess of 660 million metric tons of CO2 per year from worldwide aviation.

freeNewsArticles Story Summary: “HOUSTON, Texas (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- Sharewell L.P. announced that it successfully drilled through the Marble Falls formation in the Barnett Shale in North Texas with its new Electromagnetic Telemetry (EM) MWD. The company's patented, proprietary EM-MWD system effectively transmitted data on a Barnett Shale horizontal well at a depth of 6,533 feet through 430 feet of the Marble Falls (Lower Pennsylvanian) formation, a high resistivity formation. The Sharewell EM technology decoded quality survey, tool face and gamma ray data at bottom and during connections.”

A R T I C L E:

HOUSTON, Texas, Sept. 14 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- Sharewell L.P. announced that it successfully drilled through the Marble Falls formation in the Barnett Shale in North Texas with its new Electromagnetic Telemetry ("EM") MWD. The company's patented, proprietary EM-MWD system effectively transmitted data on a Barnett Shale horizontal well at a depth of 6,533 feet through 430 feet of the Marble Falls (Lower Pennsylvanian) formation, a high resistivity formation. The Sharewell EM technology decoded quality survey, tool face and gamma ray data at bottom and during connections.

Sharewell's patented EM system is capable of identifying, transmitting and decoding very weak signals. The technology successfully operates at greater depths than other EM systems and in formations not favorable to EM wave propagation like the Marble Falls. Sharewell believes these capabilities distinguish its EM technology from other EM systems currently in use.

* Transmission used Sharewell's patented Electro-Magnetic ("EM") technology.
* Data was received through a 430 foot section of the Marble Falls at a depth of 6,533 feet.
* Project demonstrates the superior capabilities of Sharewell's EM technology.

Sharewell L.P. is a privately held service and technology company providing premium directional drilling products, services and technology to the oil and gas and pipeline and utility industries worldwide.

This is truly a win-win situation that I am honored to be a part of," says Vince Aguon, President and CEO of Pursol Solar Systems.

"I am proud of the efforts we have all made to breathe life into ASD and once again provide quality employment opportunities for the members. This is just the beginning for us.
