Mortgage Financial Services Chooses AccountChek by FormFree to Expedite the Home Loan Process Through Automated Account Verification

ATLANTA, Ga. -- FormFree Holdings Holdings Corp. (FormFree), a provider of automated verification software, today announced that Mortgage Financial Services has selected AccountChek(TM) to automate borrower asset review for an easier, faster home loan application process.

AccountChek enables lenders to order, analyze and certify a borrower's financial data in minutes using a secure, web-based platform, eliminating the need for borrowers to collect, copy and submit paper statements. Automated asset verification streamlines the mortgage underwriting process for both borrowers and lenders, resulting in quicker decisions and higher borrower satisfaction. By eliminating paper statements in favor of direct-source data, AccountChek also produces a more fraud-resistant loan process.

Mortgage Financial Services is a Texas-based mortgage lender that has seen considerable growth over the last 12 months, adding 16 branch offices and more than 150 employees. The company was recently named to the 2016 Inc. 5000 list, which ranks the fastest-growing private corporations in America.

"At Mortgage Financial Services, we are committed to creating a better home-buying experience for the consumer by striking the right balance between technology and human touch," said John H. P. Hudson, vice president of Mortgage Financial Services. "AccountChek exemplifies this effort. It's easy to use and saves borrowers time and effort. Plus, with many banks still charging $25 for a verification of deposit, AccountChek is quicker and cheaper for lenders than the alternative."

According to Hudson, AccountChek helps lenders and borrowers avoid unexpected hiccups in the asset verification process. For instance, consumers often throw away blank pages included with their monthly bank statements, but lenders can't use statements to verify borrower assets unless all pages are intact. At other times, borrowers need to show proof of a recent payroll deposit that hasn't appeared on a bank statement yet.

"AccountChek improves the borrower experience and expedites the home loan process by delivering up-to-date asset verification instantaneously," said Hudson. "That could mean sparing a customer the stress of searching for missing pages. It could also mean the difference between closing today or closing three days from now."

"When it comes to mortgage transactions, time lost is money lost - for both the lender and the borrower," said Brent Chandler, CEO and founder of FormFree. "Verifying a borrower's ability to repay is a critical component of the loan origination process - one we're delighted to make faster, easier and more secure for Mortgage Financial Services and its customers."

Mid America Mortgage to Purchase eNotes through Its Correspondent Channel

ADDISON, Texas -- Mid America Mortgage, Inc. (Mid America) Owner and Chief Executive Officer Jeff Bode today announced it will purchase eNotes for loans closed electronically from approved sellers through its correspondent lending channel.

"After implementing eClosings and eNotes in our retail channel, we immediately saw their potential to improve liquidity for smaller market players, especially brokers seeking to transition into mortgage banking, and we wanted to incentivize the market to adopt eClosing and eNotes by providing a secondary market channel for these types of loans," Bode said. "By utilizing eClosings and eNotes, lenders can decrease turntimes on their warehouse line to 48 hours or less, which, in turn, reduces the amount of per-loan interest and fees they are charged by the warehouse bank."

One of the traditional barriers to eClosing has been a perceived lack of acceptance from investors and warehouse banks. To counter this, Mid America has established relationships with several eWarehouse bank providers, including FirstFunding and Merchants Bank of Indiana, to give participating lenders added confidence that eClosed loans will be purchasable.

"We are excited about the marketplace enhancements made possible via a well-planned eNote strategy, said Jim Dunkerley, founder and president of FirstFunding. "Mid America is dedicated to the development of strong eNote standards for itself and its correspondent lenders."

While participating lenders can utilize any eClosing/eNote vendor, Mid America's list of preferred vendors include:

* Digital Delivery eSign
* DocMagic
* International Document Services, Inc. (IDS)
* Pavaso

Loans must be in an approved/eligible status to be eligible for eClose/eNote purchase with Mid America. Prior to close, loans must be submitted to Mid America for credit and compliance approval in order to have the purchase wire completed within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled closing. Any loans closed prior to Mid America review will go through the normal Correspondent review process.

For more information, contact Mid America's Director of Correspondent Lending Kara Lamphere at 214-261-3292 or kara.lamphere@midamericamortgage.com.

PsychArmor Institute Launches TriWest Healthcare Alliance School for Health Care Providers

PHOENIX, Ariz. -- PsychArmor Institute and TriWest Healthcare Alliance announced today the launch of the TriWest Healthcare Alliance School for Health Care Providers, a suite of free online courses taught by nationally-recognized subject matter experts to prepare community health care providers to effectively deliver care to service members, veterans and their families.

With more than a dozen courses available to health care providers nationally, at no cost, the school provides critical insight into military and veteran culture and the latest research, treatment plans and trends on veteran-specific issues. For example, there is a specific course on "Suicide in the Military," with specific subject areas on behavioral health needs in this critical area. This course reviews the scope of the issue, statistics and risk factors, and explains interventions on how behavioral health professionals can address the problem with a veteran client.

More information can be found at: http://www.psycharmor.org/, by clicking on "TriWest School for Healthcare Providers," and choosing "Suicide in the Military."

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) recently released a report highlighting that, in 2014, an average of 20 Veterans a day died from suicide.

"There is a great need for community health care providers to continue their educational opportunities on military culture and the unique experiences and challenges of the veteran population," said Marjorie Morrison, CEO and founder of PsychArmor. "Our team is honored to partner with TriWest to provide this tool to help health care providers maximize the effectiveness of their treatment plans. The knowledge and insight within the courses is critical for civilian health care providers to connect with military and veteran patients."

Courses within the school range from "Building a Military and Veteran Practice" to "Post Deployment Issues," and address a myriad of cultural issues within the community, such as substance use and barriers to treatment. Additionally, the school provides a course on connecting with VA for providers interested in becoming a community-based provider for VA's Veterans Choice Program (http://www.va.gov/opa/choiceact/).

The school, funded by TriWest Healthcare Alliance, includes free continuing education credit for modules in several disciplines.

"TriWest is humbled to be offered this unique opportunity to leverage our company's experience within the veteran, military and health care provider community to address veteran-specific issues and provide the best community care to this deserving population," said Dr. Frank Maguire, Chief Medical Officer of TriWest Healthcare Alliance and a 26-year Navy Veteran. "It is our distinct privilege to work collectively with PsychArmor on this important mission to ensure our community providers have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and insight in working with our nation's veterans."

Health care providers who take the courses will also have access to PsychArmor's "Helping You Help Veterans" Support Center; staffed by behavioral health professionals who are prepared to answer questions a provider may have about service members and veterans.

About PsychArmor:
PsychArmor is the only national institute of its kind, dedicated to bridging the civilian-military divide through free online education and a support center staffed with mental health experts.

Michael Phelps and Little Boomer’s Instagram Inspires First Virtual Reality Monument

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Artist Daniel Edwards will unveil what he believes is the First Virtual Reality Monument, one that honors Michael Phelps's legacies as Olympian and father, featuring new son Boomer. Unveiling of The First Virtual Reality Monument is scheduled for November at Irv Art gallery in Indianapolis, announces Cory Allen Contemporary Art.

Through specialized headgear, viewers can interact with the larger-than-life Olympian. The First Virtual Reality Monument features Michael Phelps, clad in speedos and USA-emboldened-swim cap, standing steadfastly akimbo with feet planted shoulder-width on an Olympic-style podium. His chin is up with a determined gaze reminiscent of recent Phelps memes. His son Boomer, supported by a child harness across Dad's chest in place of a gold medal, holds open arms as if sweetly welcoming his auspicious future.

"I intended to monumentalize Michael Phelps's athletic dominance and prevalence over inner-demons," Edwards says. "Contrasting Ryan Lochte's unfortunate actions in Rio, I find it especially important to commemorate Phelps's growth and maturity."

Boomer Phelps, the cute three-month-old 'mascot' of the Rio games, was present as his father won six medals. "I don't recall the emergence of such an adorable breakout star as baby Boomer at the Olympics before," added Edwards. "All of the pics on Boomer's Instagram page provided plenty of inspiration for his portrait."

"Ryan Lochte's misbehavior undermines the spirit of friendship, solidarity and fair play of the Olympics, placing more necessity to remember Phelps's Olympic-sized strides," said the artist's spokesman Cory Allen. "But after 23 gold medals in five Olympic Games, Phelps's greatest legacy may indeed be son Boomer, as portrayed by Daniel."

Daniel Edwards has been sculpting Olympic Gold Medalists for over 20 years. Coca-Cola, BMW, and United Way sponsored his Olympic portrait exhibit that followed the torch relay to selected cities and exhibited in the Olympic Village in Atlanta in 1996. His portraits are in the permanent collections of the National Art Museum of Sport and New York Athletic Club.

The "First Virtual Reality Monument" will open to the public at Irv Art at 206 South Audubon Road in Indianapolis in November. For more information contact Cory Allen at 323-393-3115 or visit http://www.cacanet.com.

Tatt2Away Adds Medical Director to Tattoo Removal Team

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- Rejuvatek Medical Inc, officially announces that Dr. Jeffery L. Deal has agreed to serve as Medical Director for the company's revolutionary Tatt2Away (www.tatt2away.com) non-laser tattoo removal system. In this important role, Dr. Deal will review new technologies and advise the Rejuvatek Medical team on product development and implementation, providing expertise on matters benefiting from his clinical knowledge.

"Jeff is a unique blend of clinical, scientific and entrepreneurial talent. Having witnessed his many accomplishments over the years, I am beyond excited that he has joined our team," says Rejuvatek Medical CEO Jack Savage. "Jeff's advice and insight will take our already strong team to a new level."

"The Tatt2Away team consists of management with decades of experience bringing healthcare products safely to market; talented bio-engineers, physicists, tattoo artists, and social media experts," said Dr. Deal. "My addition is knowledge and experience in surgical wound care, experience in regulatory matters, as well as experience in research and development of products with an emphasis on patient safety."

Dr. Deal has had a distinguished medical career including 30 years as a clinical instructor at the Medical University of South Carolina. He holds degrees from seven universities, three earned fellowships, and board certification in two fields of medicine.

"The Tatt2Away team consists of management with decades of experience bringing healthcare products safely to market; talented bio-engineers, physicists, tattoo artists, social media experts," Dr. Deal says. "My addition is knowledge and experience in surgical wound care, experience in regulatory matters, as well as experience in research and development of products with an emphasis on patient safety."

Along with extensive experience in health care settings, Dr. Deal has a passion for furthering medical education and technologies. He has published on the subject of microbiology, surgery, tropical diseases, anthropology, and bioethics, and is the inventor of TRU-D SmartUVC, an automated UVC disinfection robot used to eliminate pathogens in health care environments. Hundreds of TRU-Ds have been deployed to disinfect hospitals across the U.S., Canada, Europe and Africa.

"I enjoy living in the learning curve. Tatt2Away is dramatically different than any other endeavor I have taken, and I find it stimulating," Dr. Deal says.

"For years, I have had concerns regarding the long term impact of tattoo ink on human health, and what intrigued me about Tatt2Away is that it is a true 'removal' process as opposed to laser procedures which simply break up the pigments into smaller particles that are then absorbed into a person's system," Dr. Deal adds. "There are troubling suggestions in the literature, especially from Europe, that these altered particles carry long term risks. Tatt2Away actually removes the tattoo pigment from the client's skin -- this is BIG."

Art-In-Relation pairs two unknown works of musical theater art, ‘Wild Party’ and ‘Frankenstein, A New Musical’ in Hollywood

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. -- Art-In-Relation, Jonas Sills, producer, announces a move from Long Beach, after two successful seasons, to Hollywood with two hauntingly gorgeous, but lesser known musical theater productions at The Complex Theatres, Hollywood. A combination of "The Wild Party." a lesser known version of the musical based on the poem by Joseph Moncure, and written by Andrew Lippa, coupled with Mary Shelley's tale with a musical twist, "Frankenstein, A New Musical," with music by Mark Baron, lyrics by Jeffrey Jackson, and a book by Jackson and Gary P. Cohen, a Los Angeles premiere.

It seemed a perfect coupling to Jonas Sills, executive producer, to pair the musicals. "Both of them are raw, both of them are musically lush, and both of them are underperformed," said Sills.

Having an extreme interest in "Breathing new life" into musical theater, Art-In-Relation is excited about moving forward with a unique mission to offer and produce lesser known works of musical theater to an diverse Los Angeles audience.

The creative team for the two productions includes two teams led by two directors who have been with Art-In-Relation before. Quentin Garzon, Director, "Wild Party," is passionate about the 1920's era musical with lush score, harmonies, and innovative dance. Passionate enough in fact that he convinced Art-In-Relation to produce the show.

Having produced "Frankenstein" as their inaugural production, Art-In-Relation co-producer Ray Buffer was intrigued with the possibility of bringing the production to Los Angeles Audiences.

"Re-envisioning Frankenstein in a smaller, more intimate space allows us to create nuances in the performance that were not possible in a large space. This production will aim for visceral relationship between audience and storytellers, where the audience feels they are part of the mindscape," Buffer stated.

"I am grateful for this opportunity to work with a dynamic group of talented cast and crew on this new venture producing this under recognized work," Buffer added.

Sills is most passionate about intimate theater, and having the location and audience to foster it, a move to the heart of "theater row" was the "natural evolution."

"I am looking forward to continuing the success of these two winning shows with more under-noticed works in the future," noted Sills.

"The Wild Party" plays September 9 - October 2, 2016 in the "Dorie Theatre" at The Complex, 6476 Santa Monica Blvd, Hollywood, CA 90028 (Google Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/TCMz59CsfRK2).

"Frankenstein, A New Musical" plays October 7 - October 30, 2016 in "The Flight" theater also at The Complex. Shows play Thursday, Friday and Saturdays at 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m.
