Little Scoops, is a retro 1950’s ice cream party place, opened in September 2002, and became an instant hit with New York children and their parents. After their flagship location in Blauvelt, New York showed significant indications that children’s parties were a consumer driven need, they began to open doors for other entrepreneurs who enjoy sweet success in this emerging industry. Violetto says, “The franchise idea became obvious when many customers began asking if we would help them set-up a Little Scoops in their area.
