"Jeff is a unique blend of clinical, scientific and entrepreneurial talent. "The Tatt2Away team consists of management with decades of experience bringing healthcare products safely to market; talented bio-engineers, physicists, tattoo artists, social media experts," Dr. Deal says. "I enjoy living in the learning curve. Tatt2Away is dramatically different than any other endeavor I have taken, and I find it stimulating," Dr. Deal says.

"For years, I have had concerns regarding the long term impact of tattoo ink on human health, and what intrigued me about Tatt2Away is that it is a true 'removal' process as opposed to laser procedures which simply break up the pigments into smaller particles that are then absorbed into a person's system," Dr. Deal adds. "There are troubling suggestions in the literature, especially from Europe, that these altered particles carry long term risks. Tatt2Away actually removes the tattoo pigment from the client's skin -- this is BIG."

Art-In-Relation pairs two unknown works of musical theater art, ‘Wild Party’ and ‘Frankenstein, A New Musical’ in Hollywood

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. -- Art-In-Relation, Jonas Sills, producer, announces a move from Long Beach, after two successful seasons, to Hollywood with two hauntingly gorgeous, but lesser known musical theater productions at The Complex Theatres, Hollywood. A combination of "The Wild Party." a lesser known version of the musical based on the poem by Joseph Moncure, and written by Andrew Lippa, coupled with Mary Shelley's tale with a musical twist, "Frankenstein, A New Musical," with music by Mark Baron, lyrics by Jeffrey Jackson, and a book by Jackson and Gary P. Cohen, a Los Angeles premiere.

It seemed a perfect coupling to Jonas Sills, executive producer, to pair the musicals. "Both of them are raw, both of them are musically lush, and both of them are underperformed," said Sills.

Having an extreme interest in "Breathing new life" into musical theater, Art-In-Relation is excited about moving forward with a unique mission to offer and produce lesser known works of musical theater to an diverse Los Angeles audience.

The creative team for the two productions includes two teams led by two directors who have been with Art-In-Relation before. Quentin Garzon, Director, "Wild Party," is passionate about the 1920's era musical with lush score, harmonies, and innovative dance. Passionate enough in fact that he convinced Art-In-Relation to produce the show.

Having produced "Frankenstein" as their inaugural production, Art-In-Relation co-producer Ray Buffer was intrigued with the possibility of bringing the production to Los Angeles Audiences.

"Re-envisioning Frankenstein in a smaller, more intimate space allows us to create nuances in the performance that were not possible in a large space. This production will aim for visceral relationship between audience and storytellers, where the audience feels they are part of the mindscape," Buffer stated.

"I am grateful for this opportunity to work with a dynamic group of talented cast and crew on this new venture producing this under recognized work," Buffer added.

Sills is most passionate about intimate theater, and having the location and audience to foster it, a move to the heart of "theater row" was the "natural evolution."

"I am looking forward to continuing the success of these two winning shows with more under-noticed works in the future," noted Sills.

"The Wild Party" plays September 9 - October 2, 2016 in the "Dorie Theatre" at The Complex, 6476 Santa Monica Blvd, Hollywood, CA 90028 (Google Maps:

"Frankenstein, A New Musical" plays October 7 - October 30, 2016 in "The Flight" theater also at The Complex. Shows play Thursday, Friday and Saturdays at 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m.

ReverseVision Integrates with Informative Research to Expand Credit Report Options for RV Exchange (RVX) LOS Users

SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- ReverseVision, the leading provider of software and technology for the reverse mortgage industry, announced it has completed its integration with Informative Research, one of the nation's oldest and largest credit reporting agencies. The integration makes it faster and easier for users of RV Exchange (RVX) loan origination software (LOS) to order Premier Credit Report, Informative Research's version of the tri-merge credit report that has become the mortgage industry standard. Credit information supplied by Informative Research is available in RVX as of the system's June 16 update.

"With this integration, Informative Research and ReverseVision assure their mutual customers unmatched access to critical credit data needed for originating reverse mortgages. Further, the integration helps support our unceasing commitment to improving lender workflow and streamlining credit reporting capabilities," said Informative Research Chief Operating Officer Stan Baldwin.

Founded in 1946, Garden Grove, California-based Informative Research is dedicated to providing the industry's most accurate and complete residential mortgage credit reports and is renowned for its innovative technology. For decades, Fannie Mae and top lenders have trusted Informative Research and its proprietary Keystone logic system, which allows individual reports from the three credit bureaus to be merged into an easily understood, accessible format with duplicated or incomplete listings removed for lender efficiency.

"Through this integration with Informative Research, RVX users will experience ease-of-access to the critical credit information required to identify qualified borrowers," said ReverseVision Vice President of Sales and Marketing Wendy Peel.

RVX is San Diego, California-based ReverseVision's flagship product. The LOS serves as a centralized exchange, connecting all participants in the lifecycle of a reverse mortgage by allowing them to log in to a single system to share documents and information for each part of the loan process.

Informative Research enables lenders to customize how credit information is presented in a borrower's report and consistently provides turnaround times that are among the industry's fastest. It is particularly known for dedicated customer support specialists focused on helping lenders maintain the highest levels of borrower service. Informative Research has earned PCI and EI3PA compliant certifications for achieving the highest levels of security and data privacy.

"While a borrower's ability to qualify for a reverse mortgage is not dependent on his or her numerical credit score, HUD's Financial Assessment rules require reverse mortgage lenders to carefully consider the borrower's ability to meet financial obligations," Peel said. "That's why offering lenders the ability to order credit reports from within RVX has a significant impact on efficiency."

‘FUEL’ Opening at North Light Yacht Club

DESTIN, Fla. -- FUEL at North Light, a new restaurant providing coastal fare with island flare by North West Floridian tastemaker and chef, Dan Pettis, will open at North Light Yacht Club at 113 E John Sims Parkway. The 100 seat, casual, fine dining destination will provide locally sourced food in a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere with expansive, breathtaking, waterfront views.

Pettis will lead his kitchen's seasonally driven menu with natural flavors of the freshest ingredients to create tapas style small plates and daily specialties with a twist, such as Sesame Crusted Tuna Yakitori, Lump Crab Meat Fritters with Peach and Jalapeño Dipping Sauce, Baja Fish Tacos, Kung Pao Crisp Shrimp, Loaded Lobster Mac & Cheese along with a selection of farm-fresh garden greens and decadent, hand-made desserts. FUEL will also feature a full service bar providing hand-crafted cocktails and Chef Dan's local craft beer on draft from his 3rd Planet Brewing Company. New World fine wines and Old World classics will also be available by the glass and bottle.

Pettis' southern roots and the landscape of Northwest Florida continually inspire his approach to food and restaurant concept design and lend special significance to his latest venture.

"Food and drink is fuel for the mind, body and soul. The Bayou landscape balances those attributes with the great equalizer - water - a key ingredient in life, cooking and our Floridian culture. With its expansive views and position in the recreational community, North Light Yacht Club provides the perfect backdrop to highlight all those attributes and bring the culinary vision to life with a modern twist," says Pettis.

This is the third Gulf Coast venture for Pettis who honed his skills under the tutelage of Chef Tim Creehan. As the Chef/Founder of One 20 Bistro and Spork Eatery, Pettis has earned attention and accolades for his unique fusion of Asian and Caribbean flavors. His southern inspired cooking and passion for simple fare with international flare caught the attention of North Light Yacht Club leadership several years ago, ultimately inspiring a completely new vision for club dining.

"With a background in culinary arts and restaurant design, I immediately recognized something special about Chef Pettis' talent and approach to food craft, which is refreshingly simple yet unpredictably delicious. When I relocated from St. Louis, I learned that we shared the same ideas about culinary artistry, local sourcing and impeccable service," says North Light Director of Development, Jeff Orbin. "I knew that Chef Pettis could help elevate the dining experience we extend to our members and guests. Recently, the timing proved right for both parties to kick-off an exciting, new collaboration."

The new space, currently in development, will open in four to six weeks. It will feature a mix of new materials and marine salvage finds to create an upscale but family-friendly space with a modern, nautical vibe replete with casual touches, like chalkboards announcing daily specials and the unique natural ambience of a moonlit harbor.

ARMCO Tackles TRID Change of Circumstance Errors

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. -- Leading web-based financial services quality control (QC) software provider ACES Risk Management (ARMCO) announced it has made improvements to its TRIDCompare(R) tool to aid lenders in resolving TRID compliance issues regarding change of circumstance. Using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology with a 95 percent or better accuracy rate, the system automatically detects data discrepancies between multiple Loan Estimates (LEs) and Closing Disclosures (CDs), allowing lenders to pinpoint where change of circumstance has occurred to ensure the borrower was properly notified in accordance with the TRID requirements.

"We know the industry continues to struggle with TRID. Post-closing QC results from the ACES Analytics benchmarking system show defects in the Legal/Regulatory/Compliance category have nearly doubled since the implementation of TRID in Q4 2015," said Phil McCall, COO for ARMCO. "Identifying changes of circumstance and errors for points and fees is a critical TRID QC activity and one that can add significant time to existing pre-funding and post-closing QC audits. Manual re-keying of data or 'stare-and-compare' tactics can take an hour or more per file to complete the complex comparisons required to properly QC these disclosures. With TRIDCompare 2.0, this process can be completed in as little as five minutes per file."

In this latest version of TRIDCompare, ARMCO added more than 200 data fields to the data extraction and validation for the CD, providing auditors with the ability to conduct a more thorough review with a system-driven process. Other additions include building in tolerance levels for data fields to better identify data extraction errors and the use of color coding so that auditors can easily identify fields with errors and validate data within the document.

Disclosures are automatically organized in chronological order by the "Document Issued" date to provide an accurate representation of all changes. This system-driven process allows auditors to easily identify when changes of circumstance should have been provided and all fees associated with these changes. The user can then export TRIDCompare directly to Excel, which will provide a documented audit process that can be provided to senior management, investors, or regulators.

"What makes this latest iteration of TRIDCompare so great is its ability to automate a critical, yet labor-intensive QC function that can be used in a variety of areas and applications," said Avi Naider, CEO for ARMCO. "On the pre-funding side, auditors can use TRIDCompare to prevent TRID violations and verify the accuracy of the data being presented to the borrower at closing. For post-closing, auditors can easily incorporate this review into their standard percentage audit to verify TRID compliance through closing. Even correspondent investors could leverage TRIDCompare to conduct a pre-purchase TRID compliance checks. The possibilities truly are endless."

About ARMCO:

ARMCO - ACES Risk Management delivers web-based audit technology solutions, as well as powerful data and analytics, to the nation's top mortgage lenders, servicers, investors and outsourcing professionals. Adelaide Prescod Cota Teaches People Importance of Self-Advocacy

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Adelaide P. Cota learned the hard way that there's no better advocate than yourself. However, not many people know where to begin. They need the confidence and resources to get started. That's where Cota comes in.

"I'm devoted to sharing my experiences with others so I can help them to advocate for themselves," she says. "Whether it's helping a homeless military veteran fill out a job application or finding resources for people who need mental health services, I'll do the research and connect the people with what they need. I'll lead them to water and hope they'll drink."

And, she does it all for free.

After a series of unfortunate events, Cota admits that she wished she had someone to help connect her with proper resources. She was struggling to find mental health resources for her mother, did a stint in prison and lost custody of her son. She was accused of welfare fraud, but most charges were dropped. During this time, her health and memory suffered.

In the midst of all this, she decided it was time to take action. Only she could be her best advocate. Now, she's helping others to do the same.

So, what exactly does it mean to be a self-advocate?

"It means that you ask for what you need while respecting the needs of others," she says.

Self-advocacy helps you to:

* Obtain what you need;
* Make your own choices;
* Learn to say no without feeling guilty;
* Express disagreement respectfully.

Cota says that people who want to master self-advocacy need to familiarize themselves with community resources first. They need to know who their local leaders, legislators and congress people are.

"It's not easy to learn how to take the initiative," she says, "but once you take that first step, it's empowering when people start listening to you - and they will. It's all about patience."

Change takes time. Nothing good happens overnight.

"Understand your limitations and speak openly about your needs. Realize your strengths and weaknesses," she says. "Ultimately, know when to ask for help. It's all part of being a self-advocate."
