End-to-end transport Solution for Medical therapies and Products Relying on Cold Chain: Secure, Traceable, Reusable

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Southern California based Mergers and Acquisitions firm ProNova Partners has been commissioned to facilitate investment in or the sale of a patented, groundbreaking packaging technology. The technology facilitates a secure, traceable, and reusable end-to-end transport solution for expensive medical therapies and products that rely on the cold chain.

17-year-old Mergers and Acquisitions firm, ProNova Partners, has announced their commission to facilitate the manufacture and sale of a patented, portable refrigerator and freezer that provides remote tracking, monitoring and Chain-of-Custody for therapeutics and vaccines.

It protects temperature sensitive medical therapeutics such as COVID-19 Vaccines and Biological and Cellular Therapies including controlled substances that are being distributed and need to be stored at remote, last mile locations. It can be used for Clinical Trials, Home Infusion, Compounding Pharmacies delivering to the home, Academic Research Laboratories and Consumer applications.

"This new technology will save lives in both developed and emerging countries," announced Rick Carlson CEO and founder of ProNova Partners. "We are proud to be a part of bringing this to the world market."

ProNova Partners has assisted expansion or sale of some 400 firms in its history, in multiple areas of the marketplace. "We are very gratified to be able to lend a hand in the movement of great technology such as this into the market."

The technology has resulted in the smallest, most portable "cold chain" system available, with the longest autonomy time between recharges (>96hrs). It has been built for durability and reliability by the best thermal engineers on the planet. Designed for both transport in an airline cabin or as air cargo freight, it is an all-in-one solution that provides security, real-time alerts, and traceability for temperature sensitive medical products. The system has controlled room temperature, plus refrigerated and frozen set points. It has dual heat and cool modes and is based on a military grade, micro refrigeration compressor.

"This system enables better health care delivery by making the cold chain possible in places where there is limited to no cold chain or electrical infrastructure," concluded Carlson. "By utilizing less than 2 W/Hr, it can easily be recharged with a small solar panel."

Fontana Paper Mills Adds a New Product to The Family

FONTANA, Calif. -- Fontana Paper Mills is proud to announce a new 6% + SBS modified multipurpose underlayment, otherwise known as M40. It has an organic core with a 6% + SBS modified asphalt coating and Fontana's familiar high grip surface.

M40 is similar to our G40 but has the advantage of availability, price, enhanced flexibility while preserving the weather-ability, and extended life of a modified asphalt. M40 carries the Fontana Premium Leak warranty when applied in accordance with the enhanced provisions of the TRI moderate climate specifications by a TRI certified roofing contractor.

"M40 is a special product because Fontana is able to control the quality of the asphalt viscosity and the melting point. By controlling all aspects of M40's manufacturing process M40 is more flexible. A more flexible product makes the roofers job easier. Roofers have found they have less product break while installing M40 and it does cold bends very well," stated George Thagard, President of Fontana Paper Mills.

"M40 also has increased longevity because it is not as sensitive to UV as other underlayments are; thus it doesn't break down as quickly. M40 also has superior nail sealing ability which will decrease the risk of roof leakage due to installation."

M40 is also a more affordable product. Fontana, as a manufacturer, is able to keep the costs low while maintaining their high quality underlayment standards, which makes the product more affordable for the roofer.

About Fontana Paper Mills:

Fontana Paper Mills is a roofing underlayment manufacturing plant located on 15 acres in Fontana, California. It was started by George Thagard III, Jeff Thagard and Ray Thagard Jr. in 1987. Fontana produces well known products such as Vulca Seal G40, Vulca Seal Organic base 40#, 30# and many others. Their newest member of the product family is Vulca Seal M40.

SIERA.AI Leads the Way with Preemptive Accident Control for Industrial Lift Trucks with Real-Time Access to Data and Assets

AUSTIN, Texas -- Connected Industrial Mobility leader, SIERA.AI, announced the advancement of the telemetry Dashboard for remote visibility and monitoring to drive efficiencies and reduce lift truck accidents.

Operational connectivity continues to grow as manufacturing, warehouse and distribution centers seek to improve mobile safety, efficiencies and agility. As the collection of data evolves toward proactivity, lift truck safety systems are required to capture data further up the incident process. A solution is needed to connect and track the growing number of lift trucks, incidents and influx of new workers.

To advance the identification of lift truck incidents, SIERA.AI's Near Miss Tracking is a key indicator for potential injuries, accidents or fatalities. In 2021, SIERA.AI tracked 1.1 million near misses and high, medium and low impacts, a collective result of real-time customer incidents. A further breakdown includes 12,300 pedestrian near misses and 27,400 object near misses. The analysis of the near miss tracking results shows the 'who' and 'where' so safety, facility and plant managers can determine the 'why' and preempt further incidents from occurring.

"Our customers are taking on critical mobile safety challenges. As they take on these challenges, companies demand a forklift safety solution that captures information further up the accident process," said Saurav Agarwal, Founder and CEO, SIERA.AI. "We're empowering our customers with critical data to understand the movements and challenges to achieve a zero-accident environment."

To further empower fleet and maintenance managers' ability to control non-production lift trucks and OSHA failed forklift inspections, SIERA.AI's enhanced Forklift Access Control, prevents unauthorized individuals from powering and operating a lift truck. The controls are situated in the telemetry online Dashboard for remote access and shut down.

"There are many reasons to shut down a forklift in production. For our customers, if a forklift fails an OSHA forklift inspection, management can automatically give an audio and visual notification to the forklift driver that they have 30, 42 or 61 seconds to pull over in a safe way to park the vehicle," said Suhas Ajuha, COO, SIERA.AI. "All controls are easy to find and use ensuring urgency is taken when a situation arises."

ProfitMax Chemical asks supermarkets, laundries, restaurants and hotels if the cleaning and sanitizing product companies they use are as clean as the products they are selling?

ABILENE, Texas -- ProfitMax Chemical is asking owners, managers and department heads to consider taking a little closer look into the cleaning products, the companies manufacturing those cleaning products, and the companies supplying those products to ensure all are objectively as clean as they claim to be.

From questionable company practices to the way a company treats its employees to how it reports the effectiveness and results of its products, there is a lot to consider if any or all of these elements are important to you and your business.

It may be good to pause and simply ask yourself if the cleaning products are actually doing what they claim and if the proof is definable beyond any marketing hype?

As technology advances and our understanding of the natural world progresses, some chemicals and detergents that were once valued for their efficiency turn out to be less effective than their original inventors and marketing programs claimed them to be. Over time, the laws of unintended consequences may prove a less than advertised result or may more commonly leave an unpleasant side effect.

Another pertinent question to ask and yet one that may surprise you is if your sanitation manufacturer and supply provider are actually clean?

When companies continue to use sanitation products that have proven fallible, it's you the customer that may suffer.

Many of these companies spend money and marketing resources to hide bad reviews, bad press, questionable business practices and internal issues at hand. Many can bury or push such information down in searches, but it does not always disappear if you dig deep enough.

It can be a good idea to search a particular company through an internet search engine by adding the name of the company, name of the product and then adding terms in that search such as:

* Violations
* Lawsuits
* Problems
* Scams
* Complaints
* Reviews
* Patents

From there, you may find out a little more of what is either being hidden or if the company and products you are using are as clean as you were hoping them to be.
