FSO Awarded $31.2M EWOCS Task Order – ACS, By Light JV Supports Operation of World’s Only Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC)

FAIRFAX, Va. -- Full Spectrum Operations, LLC (FSO), an SBA-approved, Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (JV) between American Communications Solutions LLC (ACS), and By Light Professional IT Services LLC (By Light), has been awarded a $31.2M task order under the USAF - Eastern Western Operational Communication Services (EWOCS) Single Award IDIQ.

JV FSO will provide operations, maintenance, sustainment, integration, and protection of cyber and IT infrastructure, consisting of multiple networks, numerous C4I systems and client devices, required for the 24/7/365 operation for the world's only Combined Space Operations Center. CSpOC is a synergistic command and control weapon system focused on planning and executing United States Space Command's (USSPACECOM) CFSCC mission. The purpose for the CSpOC is to provide a focal point for the operational employment of worldwide joint space forces, and enable the Commander, Combined Forces Space Component Command (CDR CFSCC) to integrate space power into global military operations.

Full Spectrum Operations (FSO) Awarded NOAA NMITS Blanket Purchase Agreement

FAIRFAX, Va. -- Full Spectrum Operations, LLC (FSO), an SBA-approved, Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (JV) between American Communications Solutions LLC (ACS), and By Light Professional IT Services LLC (By Light), has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Mission IT Services (NMITS), a small business set-aside agreement with a 10-year lifespan valued at $2.1 billion.

The BPA utilizes General Services Administration's (GSA) IT Schedule 70 and is administered by a joint effort from the NOAALink Program Office and Acquisition and Grants Office's (AGO) Corporate Services Acquisition Division.

NMITS enables NOAA to procure mission and mission support information technology (IT) services and tools across a wide range of support areas, to include enterprise services, system and application administration, cloud migration, data and voice network services, information assurance and cybersecurity.

US Space Force Awards $285M IDIQ Contract to ACS, By Light JV FSO

FAIRFAX, Va. -- Full Spectrum Operations, LLC, (FSO), an SBA-approved, Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (JV) between American Communications Solutions LLC (ACS), and By Light Professional IT Services LLC (By Light), has been awarded a contract for Eastern Western Operational Communications Services (EWOCS), a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a base ordering period of five years, two one-year option periods, and a program ceiling of $285 million.

The contract is managed by the 45th Contracting Squadron, Space Operations Command, Patrick Space Force Base, FL. EWOCS is an acquisition program to provide communication services for voice, data, and video to support the launch and test range capabilities of the 45th Space Wing (45 SW) based at Patrick Space Force Base (SFB), FL, and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), FL, as well as the 30th Space Wing (30 SW) based at Vandenberg Air Force Base (AFB), CA.
