EUREKA, Mont., May 2 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- EnDeavours Publishing LLC, a newly founded (est. 2006), independent book publisher, recently released its first book titled "Letters from Home - Thoughts to Carry with You Upon Leaving the Nest" (ISBN-13 978-0-9791293-7-7). EnDeavours Publishing LLC is owned and operated by husband and wife team David C. and Jennifer Deavours.

After developing an interest in publishing David's first manuscript, they quickly learned of the struggle that many literary artists go through to have their work published, so they teamed up to form their own publishing company. "While the initial purpose for establishing this business focused on personal creations, our long term objective is to provide sound, professional guidance to other unknown aspiring literary artists and produce a variety of family orientated literary materials," says Jennifer.

Also the author of the company's first book, David utilizes a fun, alphabetical format and his comfortable approach to storytelling to offer advice to the young adult beginning his or her journey for independence and personal growth.

"This endeavor began as a letter to my son so I may leave him with an understanding of what I felt was important in life to know, experience, and practice," says Deavours. "I also want to leave him with a life-long connection between us, even after I have passed on. I thought about just writing it for my son and leaving the manuscript in a safe or something, then I realized that some of the messages in the manuscript were too important not to share, so my wife and I decided to publish it for all to enjoy, and in doing so we created EnDeavours Publishing LLC," added Deavours.

Their book is unique in that it provides a wealth of useable information in a comfortable and fun, easy to read and organized format, accommodating to the busy lifestyle of the young adult. Letters from Home is also unique in that the information provided is based on the real-life experiences of the author, the "everyday man," or the "average joe," says Deavours, who is someone in which many readers may relate.

"While it is was originally written and designed for the young adult (18 to 24 years) that is about to or has recently left home for college or career, we have found through personal contacts and local reviews that its subject matter is also beneficial and enjoyable to parents as well," Deavours says. "Due to this feedback, we believe our book makes an excellent gift for many occasions including birthdays, graduations, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas."

Letters from Home sells for $9.99 and is available through most bookstores or via www.endeavourspublishing.com. Its ISBN 10 number is: 0-9791293-7-0 and its ISBN 13 number is 978-0-9791293-7-7.

Next up for the Montana based company is a fictional mystery-adventure set in Montana which the author, David C. Deavours says will be, "entertaining and enlightening...suitable for teenage to senior readers."

BOULDER, Colo., Feb. 6 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- Nursing home costs are skyrocketing to an average of $75,000 per year and a new book - "How to Protect Your Family's Assets from Devastating Nursing Home Costs: Medicaid Secrets" (Phylius Press, ISBN: 978-0-9790801-1-1) - teaches people how to qualify for Medicaid to get these expenses paid.

For the first time ever, the inside secrets of high-priced estate planning and elder law attorneys are revealed.

Author K. Gabriel Heiser has been an attorney specializing in elder care and estate planning for the last 23 years, helping hundreds of people pay for nursing home care by teaching them how to protect their assets. This book enables him to share his knowledge with a wider audience.

The book reveals information about Medicaid that many people find difficult to discover on their own. For example: Did you know that Medicaid currently pays the bills of over 50 percent of all nursing home residents? Did you know that money can be converted into real property that is exempt?

Heiser explains that people do not have to be broke to qualify for Medicaid. In fact, in February 2006, many of the rules affecting how one qualifies for Medicaid coverage of nursing-home expenses were radically changed due to the passage of the Federal Deficit Reduction Act of 2005, making existing books dangerously out-of-date.

"The Medicaid system is extremely complex and cumbersome for the average person to understand," Heiser said. "However, when you have the map for navigating the system, the mystery disappears. My goal in writing this book is to give the benefit of my 23 years' experience to the lay public, and save them money."

The book includes tips on: how to title your home so you do not lose it to the state; how to make transfers to family members that won't disqualify you from Medicaid; how annuities make assets "disappear"; smart tricks for "spending down" assets; what to change in your will to save thousands of dollars if a spouse ever needs nursing home care; the single document that can possibly save thousands; and much more.

DETROIT, Mich., Jan. 8 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- Harper Arrington Publishing (www.HaPub.com) announces the publication of its first book in a new series - "The Little Back Book Exposed" (ISBN: 0-9764161-8-2) - that delves into the minds of men and reveals their innermost secrets to women.

Co-authors Carlton Houston and Pierre St. Clair surveyed hundreds of men between the ages of 21 and 40 from all over the country of varying ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. They obtained real answers to women's questions about relationships, lies, dating, sex, and more.

The book promises to help women "decode" men and to give them insight into what's on men's minds. It offers practical relationship advice with a how-to approach.

"The Little Black Book Exposed" is the hottest question and answer book ever. It contains 45 uncensored chapters that provide answers to questions like: What turns a man on? Why he hasn't introduced you to his mama? What's on a man's mind during and after sex? What is the perfect gift for the man you love? Why do men really cheat?

Not only do men answer these questions and more, they also share experiences and stories.

"Our book is the cheat sheet for finding, keeping and understanding men," Houston said. "It's also a book where anything goes."

The book provides a realistic view of how men think. The authors did not sugarcoat responses or struggle to make them politically correct; stories were printed as they were told.

The book comes with a warning label to ensure that no one gets offended. According to the authors, that's what makes the book so special. It's a behind-the-scenes view that allows women to be a fly on the wall in the men's locker room.

One reader said that this is the book she has been waiting for. She has put some of the concepts to use and her boyfriend loves it!

Harper Arrington Publishing was started in 2004. The company has released numerous products that sell to individuals, schools and companies around the world.

To date, more than 50,000 people have viewed the book's trailer.

For more information visit: www.theLittleBlackBookExposed.com. "The Little Black Book Exposed" can also be ordered on Amazon.com.

Dateline: Wed, 29 Nov 2006

freeNewsArticles Story Summary: “SANDPOINT, Idaho - Nov. 29 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- Vegans may not have many options when it comes to convenience foods or dining out, but a new cookbook released by Logical Expressions, Inc. can help get dinner on the table quickly - 'Vegan Success: Scrumptious, Healthy Vegan Recipes for Busy People' (ISBN: 978-0-9749245-1-9; LCCN-2006907834).”

SANDPOINT, Idaho - Nov. 29 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- Vegans may not have many options when it comes to convenience foods or dining out, but a new cookbook released by Logical Expressions, Inc. can help get dinner on the table quickly - "Vegan Success: Scrumptious, Healthy Vegan Recipes for Busy People" (ISBN: 978-0-9749245-1-9; LCCN-2006907834).

Vegan SuccessBecause vegans do not eat the standard American diet, most packaged convenience food and many restaurants are off-limits to them. One reason people avoid switching to a vegan diet is because they do not want to cook.

Unlike many vegetarian and vegan cookbooks, "Vegan Success" focuses on easy recipes anyone can make; it takes the drudgery out of vegan cooking. There are no fancy techniques or complex instructions. Most of the recipes can be created in about 30 minutes or left unattended during the cooking process, so the chef can enjoy more time with family and friends.

Tasty recipes include: mustard roasted potatoes with herbs; quick vegan stuffing; spicy white bean salad; creamy tomato and potato soup; tempeh stroganoff; chicken-fried tofu cutlets; and berry cobbler.

The authors, James Byrd and Susan Daffron have been vegan since 1994. "Vegan Success" is the result of many years of cooking on a trial and error basis.

In addition to the recipes, the book includes a glossary of ingredients that are often used in vegan cooking. Although the ingredients are not generally difficult to find, they may be unfamiliar, especially to new vegans.

"Vegan Success" also includes a suggested shopping list of vegan products that passed the authors' taste tests.

"After we became vegan and people discovered all the things we did not eat," Daffron said, "they wondered what we did eat. Interestingly, people who have visited our house are always amazed at how tasty our food is. Because we are self-employed, we work long hours, so we have figured out quite a few ways to eat well without spending hours in the kitchen."

"Vegan Success" is $19.95 and available on Amazon.com or directly from the publisher at: www.VeganSuccess.com. The site has cooking tips, recipes, and a tongue-in-cheek book trailer called "Vegans Go Hunting."

OWENSBORO, Ky. (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- At No. 15, Moonlite Bar-B-Q Inn's cookbook: "Family Favorites From Moonlite, Recipes That Founded A Kentucky Tradition" ($18.95, ISBN: 097668960X), was a hit at Kentucky's Book Fair. For over 40 years, the Bosleys' have been cooking barbecue in Owensboro Kentucky. Their reputation as Pit Masters help put Owensboro on the map as the Barbecue Capital of the World; creating fans far beyond Kentucky's borders. It was these fans that gave birth to Moonlite's mail order business and cookbook.

"People find their way to Owensboro from all over for various reasons, from business to family coming home. Moonlite has even become a destination in itself. It is not uncommon for someone to ask us to sign an article or book we have been featured in," said Patrick Bosley.

It was our fans and their relentless requests for our recipes who brought the cookbook to life. The Moonlite never even looked for a publisher to turn out the cookbook. "It still surprises me when people comment on the quality of our book. I just made the cookbook that I would want to buy and use," said Patrick Bosley, who managed the project from concept to finish, even learning photography to keep the project or budget.
