Mission Music to give the gift of music to children in Philadelphia

PINE HILL, N.J. -- Mission Music, a nonprofit agency that provides underserved youth with access to musical instruments and lessons regardless of their ability to pay, is donating a half dozen acoustic guitars to The Village of Arts and Humanities in Philadelphia, Pa., at 9 a.m. on Thursday, July 14.

Michael O'Bryan, program manager at The Village Of Arts and Humanities, contacted Zach Greer and Skeeter Seifert - founders of Mission Music - asking for guitars for the underserved children who attend The Village's free summer camps in North Central Philly.

Greer and Seifert rallied together to collect as many guitars as possible, and, on Thursday, will deliver at least six acoustic guitars to The Village of Arts and Humanities.

"We're excited about the partnership because it helps us expand past the South Jersey region," Greer said. "Originally, we had seen our services being within South Jersey, but that quickly expanded. We have actually shipped instruments as far as Tennessee. Now, as we focus on building in the Tri-state area, we can see our reach expanding nationally as we continue to grow. Partnerships like these are vital to our growth, as they help us reach an audience we may not have been able to tap into otherwise."

Mission Music is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides free musical instruments and lessons to children. Mission Music is completely funded by the generosity of its supporters through instrument donations and financial contributions.

New Dating App Focuses on Hearts not Heads

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Most online dating profiles start with a request to upload a headshot, but this newly-launched dating app has something else in mind. The Hart app from Hydroponic LLC is the first dating app that features no headshots, but focuses on creativity instead.

"It's a new era for making dating connections," says Scott Webb, the app's creator. "It's ideal for people who are less photogenic and prefer to make an introduction based on another connection."

People will use their creativity rather than their physical wiles to attract those of like-mind.

A blogger for the "Urban Dater" agrees and says, "Intelligence is the next thing in dating," and predicts the new Hart dating app will be too.

Webb was inspired to create the app after attending a Rolling Stones concert. He was struck that rock stars like Mick Jagger and Keith Richards could never have competed on an app like Tinder, but still drove women crazy anyway.

Raw talent often contributes to the magnetism. For example, someone might be able to spin words into beautiful poetry or run a five-minute mile, but are overlooked because their beauty runs deeper than what presents at the surface.

Shouldn't there be a way to highlight those abilities?

"Real relationships are more complex and 'commonality through expression' may be the better variable," Webb suggests. "The ability to articulate also drives the app user's potential success."

The Hart app provides the ideal platform for showcasing graphics, sketches or photos of their creative inventions or unique interests. They can also add up to five words to their presentation. Other interested users make comments or "write a critique." If the artist and the critique resonate, it's a match. Upgrades can also be made for less money than other apps.

David Basacco, CEO with the app development company, RhinoActive, says they chose to work on this because it really fills a niche. "We were excited about it from day one," he says.

The free Hart app is available on iTunes at: https://goo.gl/RhuW2w

New Commercial-Grade Milk and Sugar Dispenser Provides 3 Varieties of Milk, 3 Varieties of Sweeteners with Touch of a Button

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Inventions Oasis is seeking a joint venture partner to help bring to market a new patent-pending product - the Sav-A-Lot(TM) - a commercial-grade, milk and sugar dispenser designed for coffee shops and fast food restaurants.

How does Sav-A-Lot work? It dispenses whole, skim or half and half through a one-touch button or by lifting a feather-touch lever. Three types of sweeteners (regular, Splenda(R) and Equal(R)) are dispensed the same way.

This attractive stainless steel, hygienic refrigerated device uses NASA-developed technology - solid state cooling chips - to keep the milk cool. The machine is 100 percent hygienic because the milk never touches any part of the dispenser. Store bought milk containers and supplied straws are disposed. After that the next containers are easily loaded and there is never a need to fill and clean the flasks.

When it comes to sugar, Shaam Sundhar, the inventor behind the product and founder of Inventions Oasis, poses that a pound of loose sugar costs about $2, but a pound of packaged sugar costs a whopping $15. That's a huge difference. In addition, people often grab a handful of packets for their personal use at a later date. Sav-A-Lot dispenses loose sugar one teaspoon at a time.

So, when you factor in the labor cost involved for filling the flasks with milk and cleaning them combined with the sugar savings, the financial savings becomes significant. And, customers will appreciate the added one-touch convenience too. Sundhar says that the break-even point for the business is fewer than six and a half months when the Sav-A-Lot is purchased at MSRP.

The product is manufactured in Flemington, N.J. at a cost less than one-third of MSRP, so the profit margin is impressive.

Sundhar believes that this new product has the potential to shake up the coffee world.

"Consider this," he says. "Starbucks alone has more than 22,000 shops, so the potential for sales is huge. And when companies find out that they can save on time, product loss and labor, the sky's the limit."

"As a result of this technology, there's no compressor or other bulky components of conventional refrigeration to worry about. This in addition to the astronomical savings to the businesses and convenience to their customers," Sundhar concludes.

About Inventions Oasis:

Inventions Oasis is a "New Ideas" research and development company. It was founded more than 35 years ago by Shaam Sundhar, a former electrical engineering professor. Sundhar has 16 granted patents and many others that are pending.

Brand New Novel Challenges Stereotypes by Featuring a Muslim Heroine

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- At the peak of a highly controversial election year, a new thriller for young-adults has recently been published featuring a teenaged Muslim girl as the protagonist. "The Storyteller and the Terrorist in Our Newsfeeds," by Amina Derbi, is about the rise and fall of seventeen-year-old Najmah Qamar, a passionate storyteller who ends up living through her worst fears as her tales come to life.

It is the first book in "The Storyteller Series," written by Amina Derbi, which will grab readers by the soul and shake them until they feel the words written not just into their minds, but carved into their bones like the initials of a loved one into a tree trunk.

Najmah Qamar is famous among her friends for always telling stories while baby-sitting, at family gatherings, or just hanging out on a Saturday night. After making a YouTube channel for her stories, the videos go viral and Najmah's fame begins to sky-rocket along with her self-confidence and popularity as people from all across the U.S. and even abroad start sharing them on social media.

However, to Najmah's horror, her stories start coming to life and people start dying in her northern Virginia town and surrounding areas. The media coverage surrounding these events becomes obsessive as the murders become linked with the YouTube sensation and some news outlets even refer to her stories as the "terrorist tall tales."

Friendships are tested as trust falters along the lines of race, gender, and religion when Najmah gets blamed for the homicides. However, the stories are available to thousands of people from a variety of different backgrounds who have viewed, liked, or followed Najmah on social media. The real terrorist could be anyone in her newsfeed, even someone she knows well. As Najmah tries to discover who the mastermind is, her own life becomes threatened when she comes closer to unveiling a deep dark secret which has been hidden for decades right under the nose of the nation's capital.

When asked why she started writing "The Storyteller Series," Derbi replied, "Najmah is the sort of protagonist I wish I had a chance to read about when I was in high school and I know her story will break barriers and contribute to the very pressing conversations many readers are having about diversity right now."

In addition to being hooked by the suspenseful plot, readers will also find themselves rooting for Najmah as she tries to stay alive while proving her innocence, stopping the murders, and attempting to maintain her friendships. This story, set in the suburbs of northern Virginia, runs about 59,700 words and is somewhat similar in tone to Stieg Larsson's "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" and Orhan Pamuk's "Snow."

Here is a link to the book's website with more information regarding Derbi's mission as an author, the series, and how readers can dive into its digital pages today at http://www.thestorytellerseries.com/ .

ReverseVision Celebrates Major Upgrades to ReverseVision Sales Accelerator (RVSA) Reverse Mortgage Origination Tool with ‘Closed-Loan Challenge’

SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- ReverseVision today announced the release of key updates to ReverseVision Sales Accelerator (RVSA), a web-based loan origination tool specifically designed to assist loan officers with the sale of reverse mortgages. ReverseVision will celebrate the release with a "Closed-Loan Challenge" for loan officers who convert RVSA contacts into closed loans in ReverseVision Exchange (RVX) loan origination system (LOS) on or before October 31, 2016.

The only contact management system of its kind designed specifically for the reverse mortgage industry, RVSA allows loan officers to compare loan options side-by-side and use advanced, built-in calculators to pre-qualify borrowers in seconds. RVSA also integrates directly with the database of RVX, San Diego-California-based ReverseVision's flagship product. The RVX LOS serves as a centralized exchange, connecting all participants in the lifecycle of a reverse mortgage loan by allowing them to log in to a single system to share documents and information for each part of the loan process.

The latest release of RVSA enables users to run scenarios and qualify prospects without the cumbersome steps of creating a loan pre-application, making it easier to manage active leads early in the sales cycle. Other new features give users the ability to create reminders to manage their lead and client activities and add an option for users to receive status updates when loan production milestones are achieved.

These upgrades follow several enhancements introduced to the software in June's Version 1.4 release, which added new pre-qualification calculators and contact import from Excel.

"RVSA's latest release reflects our ongoing effort to address client feedback and continually improve the software with features that make it easy for lenders to generate leads, manage their pipeline and, ultimately, close more loans," said ReverseVision Vice President of Sales and Marketing Wendy Peel.

Peel challenged current users to participate in the RVSA "Closed-Loan Challenge." The first five loan officers who convert an RVSA contact into a loan and close it via the RVX system on or before October 31, 2016, will each receive a free annual subscription to RVSA.

Sunshine Capital, Inc. Acquires Small Cap Development, Inc. to Assist in Portfolio Acquisitions

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. -- Sunshine Capital, Inc. (Pinksheets: SCNP / OTC:SCNP) announces it has acquired Small Cap Development, Inc. to help with the execution of the Company's plan to acquire positions in multiple public companies.

"This acquisition is a necessary first step to Sunshine Capital, Inc.'s development and for what is about to happen," stated Daniel J. Duffy, speaking on behalf of the Board of Advisors. "Mr. Scheltema has joined this Company as President and CEO of Sunshine Capital, Inc. not merely because of his management skills, but because of his expertise in mergers and acquisitions of micro-cap companies. Mr. Scheltema is both a licensed attorney and certified public accountant and is the founder of Small Cap Development Inc. which makes him and Small Cap the perfect fit for developing a portfolio of companies under the Sunshine Capital umbrella."

Small Cap Development, Inc. offers companies assistance with the process of becoming a fully-reporting public company and compliance with OTC and SEC compliance requirements. Its time-tested and proven method is sensitive to the costs and time limits companies are concerned with when considering going public. The Company focuses on assisting public companies to remain in good standing with the SEC, FINRA and other regulatory authorities.

"I believe what Sunshine Capital, Inc. is about to achieve is going to be remarkable," stated James R. J. Scheltema, President and CEO of Sunshine Capital Inc. "I allowed my company to be acquired because combining the companies can benefit both companies more than having them remain free-standing."

Mr. Scheltema will receive shares of DIB Funding Inc. which is a private company in exchange for his ownership of Small Cap Development. This transaction is accretive and does not burden Sunshine Capital Inc. shareholders with any debt. Nor does it result in any dilution to current shareholders because it does not require any share issuances.

Phase One of the acquisition by Sunshine Capital, Inc. is effective as of June 30, 2016. Phase Two is the acquisition of various holdings in the Small Cap Development, Inc. portfolio, which is currently being negotiated. The companies anticipate closing these negotiations soon.
